Communication was very prompt, we did our first safari with Ken our driver, he was awesome, we requested Ken for our second safari and he was amazing again, the name says it all they were the Right Choice and would definitely be booking with them next trip and having Ken as our driver.

An exceptional game drive at Tremisana Game Lodge and dinner at the Marula Tree Boma.
5/5

I am a volunteer doing community development work in Limpopo and Mpumalanga. I met the proprietor Piero Colia on a flight from Hoedspruit to Johannesburg and he invited me to contact him upon my return from the Festive Season to visit him at his lodge. He and his staff were helpful and accommodating in arranging my visit to the lodge for a game drive and dinner at the Marula Tree Boma. I would recommend my family and friends to book a tour with Viva Safaris.

Well organised, amazing trip to falls
5/5

We were a party of 12 and Falcon Safaris (Patrick) did a great job with all of the numerous activities that we did at the Victoria Falls especially the Zambezi Sundowner River Cruise which was truly a magical experiance, the Luner Falls Experiance including dinner with introduction by David Livingstone was also very memorable. If I have one complaint and that is not against Falcon Safaris but the costs at both the Zambian and Zimbabwe borders $80 and $55 per person we all thought excessive especially has we had been informed that a Univisa was $50.

Great support and unlimited aids
5/5

Matches our expectation as a luxury travelling agency. Helped us found great discounts and most importantly, helped arranging an amazing proposal arrangement via a helicopter!

Awful experience, use this company at your peril.

I was on the same tour as Eric, so there is little I can add, simply reinforce the truth of what Eric has written. I have never had such a stressful holiday in my life...
I have never been in the position before where I felt it was necessary to contact my Embassy (Irish). Frances, from the Embassy was very helpful; sourcing flight information - the day before we were due to leave Uganda – as Clement had not sent us any details. We did not receive flight confirmation info from Clement until 00:30 the day of our flight. This added additional stress to an already very stressful trip. Sunrise Eco Tours is an extremely badly organised company with an owner, Clement Kanamugire, who has no qualms about lying to his customers, and taking their money under false pretences. Various members of our group spoke to him on the phone during the trip (this is why we are sure of the lies), and he took our money and didn’t book activities, chimpanzee trek in Uganda, rhino sanctuary visit, failure to pay hotel bills. He did ofer compensation on our return home (nearly two months ago), to date, this has not arrived.

I had a memorable experience despite the short length of my stay
5/5

I had the opportunity of dealing with open, dedicated and helpful people, which made my safari a real pleasure. In comparison with my previous visits to the same Arusha region, Porges Luxury Safari gave a new dimension to my experience and I am looking forward to a longer interaction with them in the future.

Coolest safari can't wait to do it again!
5/5

The Safari went on schedule as planned on the itinerary. The tour guide had thorough knowledge of the places and best locations to view the animals. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks to the hospitality right from the booking right until executing the travel. Highly recommended

Outstanding Travelagency
5/5

I booked a two days trip to Mikumi Park from Dar Es Salaam. The Contact in advance for the booking was all time ver nice and courteous. Even If the number of joining People changed, it was always a pleasure to write to Deo. Once arrived in Dar, They came and picked us up even on time. They where even earlier as they expected traffic. But they never tried to rush. After a warm welcome from Deo and our Tourguide Sky we went off to Mikumi. Sky was a great driver/guid. As he has a very huge knowledge about his country and aswell of the Game in the Park, we had a very instructive Safari. Our overnight Stay in the Mikumi Safari Lodge was absolutely great. The Lodge is build up with lots of love and on a great spot. Feburnya and her Brother took good care of us. And it felt like, we were at Home. They But so much Love in it.
All in all we were more than happy that we booked with ITTB. All time good communication and outstanding Safari. Dear Deo and Sky, Thank you so much for showing us the Beauty of you Country and I hope to come back very soon. Michael

Disappointing, Scary and terrible service
1/5

I did a very disappointing 6 day trekking trip with Kapolondo. I was told i would be trekking Rongai route and will be doing camping at nights. But after landing in Tanzania, Tony the owner of the tour tells me that route is changed its marangu and no camping we will be staying in huts. I was shocked! After arranging everything and paying money upfront, they changed the plans without even consulting me. He also asked for a 250 dollar for porter tips when i confronted that since we are using tents and not camping he said i am mistaken and he meant 250,000 shillings.

The guide failed to wake up on the day of the summit and didnt give us any food when we started. We have good reason in believing that he was drunk most of the time. On reaching back, my climbing partner had to witness Tony beating and punching a guide who was just talking to her.

Couple of other people like our assistant guide david and another guide Mike was who assisted us with airport transfer and Arusha town sightseeing was really good. But on the whole the trip was just disappointing.
