Uganda!!
5/5

I wanted to travel to Uganda for Gorillas, it was very difficult for me to get a fair budget since I was travelling alone... I contacted Mamalandsafaris and from the first reply I saw positivity as I started getting profession advise on how I could get the trip smoothly done to identify with my interests like cats, primates, gorillas and birding.,
I had several communication with Tony and the turning point was when he offered to find a group to join. Finally I joined 2 others making it still private with the two girls..
My trip was made possible after getting the right budget and someone I was exchanging mails with becoming our Guide... Tony has mastered his country and during our 15 days, instead of a safari it was a journey with the most wonderful experience. Tony connects well with the people we met in restaurants, lodges, rangers and in local villages he bonded us to homes and families! The safari was booked mainly for big mammal and Gorillas but we got more than what we paid for, a real nature lover and a fantastic birding guide with deep knowledge in the ecology, sounds, habitats of the birds in Uganda! every break we had he opened our eyes to the surrounding. The accommodation was a mix with hot shower, good location more than our expectations. He is very flexible helping to plan the day with the most of possibilities.. He is a joker, fun all the time. At the end of the trip he helped me visit the Nyirangongo crater in Congo. I would recommend Mamalandsafaris to anyone planning a visit..

We were satisfied with the way Robert organised our safari.
5/5

We enjoyed the safari and our driver Martin was very good and he's got lots of experience so it was quite good. Lenchada camp is a place we won't go again. Most of the time you're in darkness and their bathroom area was very badly kept. Apart from that the staff are good. Maybe they could do with better generators.

Best travel agency in South Africa - Outstanding service
5/5

We got to know Pembury Tours in 2010 when we booked the Classic Cape Route. Since this was a great experience with the very high standard of its service (professional, reliable, competent as well as friendly, polite and checking thoroughly every detail) we have come back to this small travel agent again and again, every year since then. Tammy Harding as well as Gail Davis who was responsible for organizing and for all the bookings at several places (some a bit off the beaten track) for our last trip in February/March 2016 made every effort and it was a great pleasure to work with both of them.
We highly recommend Pembury Tours to anyone traveling in South Africa.

Another amazing safari experience!
5/5

This was my third safari with Wild Wings and yet again from booking with Gavin to pickup and drop off, it was an absolutely amazing experience. It was also my third time with Simon as a guide and his knowledge and passion for the wildlife of Kruger never ceases to amaze me. We had so many wonderful sightings thanks to Simon's expert eye and understanding of animal behaviour. If there is a sighting to be had Simon will find it!
A close encounter with a cheetah had eluded me on my previous safaris and was high up on my wishlist this time. I was not disappointed. We found one just minutes from camp and spent an incredible 40 minutes watching as it got up from resting to take a stroll down to the Sabie River bank for a drink. We had numerous lion sightings and a very special treat was seeing the famous white lion for the second time. Another amazing 45 minutes were spent in the company of a beautiful leopard enjoying some time in a tree and an incredible sighting on our night drive where another beauty walked alongside our vehicle for 10 minutes. Add to this white and black rhinos, elephants galore including a tiny infant suckling, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, warthogs - the list is endless as my 1000+ photographs prove!
Accommodation at Lower Sabie and Satara was great and Simon's cooking delicious - the ostrich steak was superb!
We have already booked a fourth return visit and cannot recommend Wild Wings highly enough. Definitely 5+ stars.

great Safari trip for a very good price!
5/5

We had a Safari of 10 days in total, a combination of Kenyan parks (Aberdare, Masai Mara) and Tanzanian parks (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Arusha).

Esther was a great help in planning the trip, always very quick with her responses and she never got tired of our questions and demands. You gotta love her!
In the end we were offered a very good deal.

Our drivers/guides were true professionels. Always on time, they always knew the right places for spotting animals, you could ask them anything and got interesting informations in return. Plus, they were nice guys to spent time with.
So big thanks to Henry, Simon and Edgar!

Our cook Vitali provided us with great food. 3 meals a day, a variety of delicous stuff (we had a vegetarian in our group, she was also very satisfied)! Thank you Vitali!

I would defintely recommend to book a Safari with Kenya Budget Safaris.
We didn't have the money for an expensive Safari and got exactly what we wanted: an affordable Safari that gave us unforgattable expressions of the animals and the nature of Eastern Africa.

So thank you to the whole team (also Richard for the wine and the presents in the end).

Wonderful and unrepeatable experience; special and unforgettable !
5/5

I and my family spent a few days in Balule game reserve at Tremisana Lodge. The room was clean and neat and eating very good; The staff and guides are very friendly and prepared. They made a huge difference in our stay, in game viewing and in having a true contact with natural habitat. It was very exciting the bushwalk and the Kruger Park experience. Even if we stayed a few days there, we fell nostalgic for all of you e we never forget the people of Tremisana Lodge and this memorable holiday.

When Kenya becomes real
5/5

I went to Kenya with Deep Forest Safaris for two reasons: First and foremost to attend my cousins wedding, which took place smack-dab in the Masai Mara - but also to experience this amazing country, its population and the fantastic wildlife.
Samuel Charagu and Deep Forest Safaris are determined to give their guest a unique experience - and as a guide Sam knows every nook and cranny of his country . which means that you as a tourist (or guest, as he prefers to call you) gets to see things that the 'usual tourist' does not always get the opportunity to experience.
The safaris were 'close-up' encounters - but definitely with respect for the animals. The 'long-hauls' - driving from place to place never were boring because the landscape is amazing - and the guides are well informed, so they keep you up-dated along the way.
Last - but not least: The people are friendly, accomodating, curious and hospitable - so: All in all: If you choose to go to Kenya - choose Deep Forest Safaris. You won't regret - and I will go again.

By the way: She said 'Yes' - and now bears the name of Mrs Charagu

Enjoy your Kenyan Vacation with Deep Forest Safaris
