Were well prepared and considered all of our needs (questions, food etc)
We had a great experience! Our guide (Freddy) was amazing! He tried his best to catch views of all the wild life. He explained a lot and literally knew everything when there were questions. Campsite was completely fine. Basic but fine. Meals and water were included and they made sure to consider our eating preferences (vegan). The meals were delicious and food was plenty. They gave us a little bit of wine in the evening and took care lf us after the trip. All in all it's been an amazing experience.

We had multiple issues
We would not book again with Jocky tours due to the following issues:
Pre tour:
- Communication - spoke to 3 different people to organise the tour, kept getting transferred to different phone numbers on Whatsapp
- Payment Issues- We tried to organise bank transfer (lower fees) and did not receive a reply until we followed up, when they told us it was then too late to do so. We were told certain payment methods attracted a 5% fee, this was incorrect for us.
- Airport pick up - the website and jocky emails say this is included. I was told on the day that this attracted a further 20 usd fee. I questioned this with 2 different people and it was eventually agreed it was included. We later were told our tour price had an extra 20 usd per person compared to others on the tour for airport pick up, I would suggest specifying not to include this in the price as Uber costed us <$10 USD.
Day 1: we waited in jeep for over an hour after paying - unsure what for. Delayed the afternoon game drive, possibly shortening it as other Jeeps left earlier.
Day 2: our guide/driver got stuck in mud twice for an hour each time, possibly further shortening game drive.
Day 3: the itinerary on the Jocky website and Safaribookings site says an early morning game drive - this did not occur. No game drive this day at all.
Day 4: guide told us to be ready by 7am - at 745 he was having breakfast. Jeep arrived at 8am. Guide's card did not work to pay park entry fees due to what he said was a bank issue - he asked us to pay and he would give us cash. Our cards did not work due to being unable to 2 factor authenticate, when asking guide about other options he raised his voice at us and I felt uncomfortable. We waited over 1 hour to get into the park.
We were initially told by the guide the boat ride was an extra 20 USD - I checked our itinerary which showed it was included and had to tell the guide this.
During game drives, the guide was speaking on his phone almost constantly on speaker phone. We were told to look out for animals while he did this and almost missed some rhinos. I was ignored when I asked a question as he was on his phone.
Day 5: the visit to the geothermal power plant and hot springs was not included - despite being in the park we were not given the option to do this. When we asked the guide, they said this was because some tour members had to go to the airport however they arrived there 5 hours early. We were not informed of this until after leaving the park.

Kind, efficient, amazing
The safari was amazing! First, because the contact with Patti was instrumental: thank you so much Patti for your kind advice (including the hotel choice, which proved perfect for our stay). I had asked for several quotes for safaris and chose Viva Safaris because of Patti. The logistics throughout were seamless. This was all the more amazing and essential that I was travelling on my own with my 5 YO daughter. The lodge was beautiful, we loved the food...and foremost the staff and the wonderful guides. I felt at peace for the first time in a long time during our day at the Kruger. I took loads of pictures to make sure that my 5 YO daughter remembers this trip - which was our first big adventure together.

Exceptional Safari Experience with Vision Safari & Tours
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a two-day safari adventure with Vision Safari & Tours in Tanzania's breathtaking Arusha region, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. His prompt responses, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in tailoring the itinerary to our preferences were commendable. Shabaan's warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with his sense of humor, made us feel like we were traveling with family by the end of our trip.
The attention to detail extended beyond the guides to the culinary experiences provided by Vision Safari & Tours. The homemade Tanzanian food and refreshing fruits served during our safari were absolutely delicious and a true reflection of the local flavors. The tour company's commitment to ensuring promptness and timeliness further added to the overall positive experience.
Moreover, I must highlight the cleanliness and comfort of the safari cars provided by Vision Safari & Tours. It was evident that the tour company takes great pride in maintaining their vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey through the Tanzanian wilderness.
I cannot stress enough how Shabaan, our guide and helper, made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. His constant reassurance and regular check-ins, especially considering we were female travelers, provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the incredible wildlife encounters.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Vision Safari & Tours to anyone seeking an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania. The combination of their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and friendly guides like Joseph, delectable Tanzanian cuisine, and immaculate safari vehicles create a truly remarkable adventure. Unforgettable memories
It was the most amazing experience going on a 4 day safari with Suricata Safaris. I was in a nice group with five other people and we had so much fun and enjoyed every moment. Our guide Ezechiel did a very good job, explained everything, had an answer to all of our questions and let us take our time while watching the animals. Tito, our cook, cooked the best meals I had during my whole time spending in Tanzania. It was a mix out of traditional tanzanian and international kitchen. So good! When it was my birthday on safari he also made me a cake. Everyone of the Suricata team was just so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going on a safari with you guys. Asante sana for all of the great memories I made!

Phenomenal African Safaris adventures at it best
Maggie was brilliant. She gave great suggestions and tailored an amazing itinerary for our safari. She was ever ready to respond to all our questions and emails. Our driver guide was very professional and knowledgeable. Accommodation and food in the lodges was great and the service was excellent. The game drives in the parks were the best, we got to see the big five among other wildlife and birds.

Fantastic Safaris
Our safari was excellent, from pick up at the airport to our last day. We did a 6 days safari with Bison Safaris and we had a rewarding experience. Thanks to the superb planning by Maggie and her team. The itinerary was well detailed capturing all our needs. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. James our driver guide was very helpful with spotting the animals. He indeed was very knowledgeable and professional. We got to see a pride of lions kill a zebra and tons of wildlife and birds. We left with so many memories. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip.

Wonderful Safari with Tall Masai
My wife and I had a wonderful holiday in Kenya. We booked a safari with Tall Masai and are sure that it was the right decision. Manager Benson helped resolve any issues 24/7, and driver Eric was very punctual and safe. The driver always had a clean car. We would like to wish the Tall Masai success in business and many clients.

The best tour ever since in my life
This march, we had a tour in the Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Mr Sudi, and his chef Mr Apollo lead us for 2days.
Mr Sudi is very cooperative. He tries his best to respond to our requires and make us feel comfortable in the wild. And he has a great sight, which can catch animals in a very long distance. Even if we are all in a sleep, he woke us up to see the animals. And for that, we were able to see almost all kinds of animals in the park. Especially, I really liked when he gave us information about the history and nature of the park, and of course his soft and gentle voice were so nice to listen.
Mr Apollo is an amazing cooker. Literally, we only expected some lunch boxes with sandwich and some fruits before the tour. But for real, we had dining courses every night. He prepares soup as a starter, meat and noodle/rice as a main, and fruits/traditional snacks as a dessert. He well cares about the balance of carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Every meal was perfect. Every time when Mr Apollo came toward us carrying his dishes, we gave him an applause. I'm 100% sure that other tables near by us were jealous of his dishes.

Sudi씨와 함께 오시는 요리사 분 음식도 정말 맛있습니다. 사실 투어 전에는 간단한 도시락 정도 주겠거니 했는데, 매 끼니마다 레스토랑 부럽지 않을만큼 요리해주셨어요. 특히 생선, 고기 요리가 정말 정말 맛있어요! 덕분에 투어 일정 내내 간식도 사먹지 않고 지냈네요.
