The process was smooth and organised. Their communication was fast and they were punctual
Our safari tour was a dream come true. We saw all the characters from the Lion King and more!
We had Jimmy as our guide. He really went the extra mile to make sure we made the most of our time.
Jimmy is clearly an experienced guide. Not only is he great and locating and spotting the animals, but he also knows all the relevant facts. He is great at manoeuvring the terrain, and makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied.
At the time of booking, Jungleroam didn't have many reviews so we weren't sure if we should go with them. But I'm writing this review because I would highly recommend it. They were smooth, communicative and accommodating.

Well organised, professional service that catered to all of our needs superbly.
Jungleroam Safaris was very responsive and quick in terms of communication. After being picked up at our hotel, we were driven to their office, where we paid the outstanding fees (card payment possible at 5% surcharge).
We went on a 2-day game drive to Masai Mara and had an amazing time. We were lucky enough to see most of the animals living in the park (even leopards, cheetahs & a pride of lions!). Our guide Jimmy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us a great deal about the animals, flora & Kenian culture. Jimmy always made sure all of our needs were met, and manoeuvred us safely to the best sights of the park.
I can highly recommend booking with Jungleroam Safaris, and would do so again in the future.

Five days, four nights safari in Mara, lake Nakuru and lake Naivasha
We booked a private safari tour for two and we were greeted by our tour guides Caleb and Rodgers. At our pick up, we were also greeted by Cynthia who provided us with our Axis safari tops which was a lovely touch.
Throughout the safari, Caleb and Rodgers were extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs from the offset. On the first day, we visited Masi Mara and we were able to stop off on a couple of times on the way for pictures at our lesiure. On the first full day, Rodgers and Caleb picked us up at 6am to make sure we were one of the first to get into the national parks. This early start absolutely paid off as we were able to see all different animals, lions, elephants, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, warthog (which are hilarious), to name just a few. Caleb and Rodgers stopped at every opportunity to show us something new and explain in detail about what we were observing. They were incredibly knowledgeable and had many years of experience between them. They were able to answer all our questions and more. On this first day we didn’t get back to the hotel until around 6:30pm which meant our guides were working well over a 12 hour day and were amazing from start to finish making us laugh the whole day. We felt completely at ease and had the best of experiences.
The following days in lake Nakuru, lake Naivasha and hells gate were as equally amazing. Between these destinations we were able to see the big five animals including many of their younglings. The bike ride in hells gate is also an absolute must! It was incredible to cycle outdoors and see the beautiful scenery and animals along the way.
The hotels we stayed in were also amazing. The food was always great and they were in exceptional locations. The final hotel was spectacular in that we could walk alongside the giraffes and zebras with nothing between. They lived around the hotel grounds and being around humans appeared to be of no concern to these animals as they peacefully ate and roamed the grounds.
I can’t thank Rodgers and Caleb enough for making this safari experience so much more than just seeing the animals. From start to finish we laughed, learnt some of the local language, the Kenyan culture, and got as close as we could to the animals without disturbing their peace. I can’t imagine this experience without these amazing tour guides.

A very interesting safari
Communication was very good, nice and pleasant service with the driver Fulgence, good choice of accomodations. Just a long drive to Serengeti , too long.
It will be interesting if you had binoculars that work in the car !

Richard Michael is resourceful, experienced, courteous, and loyal.
On the evening of December 2, 2023, I arrived by bus in Arusha, Tanzania. I met Richard Michael, who directed and accompanied me to my destination: the Arusha Backpackers Hotel. I was told by the hotel staff that car rentals were not open on Sundays, the next day. After checking in, I left the hotel to find an IBM and a restaurant. Richard was outside and helped me find both. At the restaurant, I told him my situation: I had been sponsoring a boy in Kitumbeine for 4 1/2 years and I wanted to visit him the next day, but the car rental places would be closed. He called Styve Worldreech Loseria (whom I’d met just after my bus arrived) who came to the restaurant and he arranged my trip to Ketumbiene for the next day.
On the morning of December 3, Styve asked me if I would like Richard to accompany me, and I said yes. Thank goodness I did! He spoke to various Maasai people who told us how far it was to the village. And, when a rock knocked out our oil pan and gear box, he spoke with the local mechanic, who fixed our vehicle. He also found out that Ndungani (the boy I sponsored) had returned to his home village 45 kilometres away. It was getting dark, so we had to return to Arusha.
Early on the morning of December 5, Richard and I returned to Ketumbiene with Styve and our driver (I’ve forgotten his name and it’s not in my journal) and I finally met Ndungani.
If I had not met Richard, I doubt that any of this would have been possible.

Best Safari and Mount Meru experience.
Such a wonderful Safari and Mount Meru Trek with this company, under Robert's lead.
We had 10 friends who came to volunteer in our NGO in Arusha and stayed with us for 3 weeks. After the program only 6 people did safari and 3 days Meru Trek. The rest four friends had to fly back after the volunteering program.
After doing some research Robert came into our mind and we contacted him a week before and make an appointment to meet the clients at our location in Usa river. Everything was well arranged all the 7 people summited Mount Meru -the second tallest mountain in Tanzania after Mount Kilimanjaro. Followed by 4 Days camping safari to Serengeti, Ngororongoro crater and Tarangire.
Thanks to the humble and charming team and an amazing experience.

Max who was our tour operator, He is highly exceptional as a person and as a guide, extreme friendly
All in all the tour was great!!
Max our tourguide made our safari even better...he was extreme friendly, he explained and answered everything just perfectly.

It worth to take this tour
Value for money but saw all the same animals as the big paying companies
We were a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children aged 11, 12 & 14) who did a 10 day camping safari with Safari Multiways. We had the most amazing, life changing experience. Our personal chef cooked up the most fabulous meals with so much food that the whole family loved. Our drive went above and beyond to find the animals everyone had on their bucket list. Multiways offered great value for money. The bonus was that it is a locally run family company so all the money is going back into Tanzania.
