It was a great experience.
We liked the food, the people at the tented camp and lodge, the great experience, the driver and we felt safe during our stay at the tent and lodge. However we’re a little sad about the fact that they said that the cars are good and you have backup like 5 cars. We were waiting for a solution in a short while, but it took 3.5 hours in the morning. The car has electricity problems, so so many times the car had to be pushed to start the engine. At one time there was no other car, so my husband an I had to push the car. That is no problem, but what if we were not at a safe place to push the car by ourselves, then we had to wait again for the car to start till some other safari jeep would arrive.

Trip Was Wonderful!!
We went on a 6 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara with guide/driver Andrew. He is an expert,proffesional abd full of knowledge ,driver and very good company, with also a good radar of when to provide information and when to Just let you enjoy the moment. The car was super, clean,wifi ,drinks , and enough water also the routes perfect and hotels better than expected, with all Wildcamps choosen for accomodation as absolute best.

PERFECT
We are a group of 8 people and have booked 14 days in Tanzania with Tanzania Specialist (10 days safari and 4 days Zanzibar). The suggestions for planning, booking and the entire process of our trip with Tanzania Specialist were excellent. We were on safari for 10 days and visited the national parks of Arusha, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Serengeti with the Ndutu area, and were in the Ngorongoro crater. The accommodations were all very good, and the food was also delicious. Our safari jeep was comfortable and always clean thanks to our guides. All appointments agreed upon when booking (time for airport pick-up, arrival and departure from the lodge, planned routes, etc.) were adhered to. It is particularly worth mentioning that the office was always available for questions or last-minute changes. We can highly recommend Tanzania Specialists.

Excellent first Safari experience
Me and my friend went on a 3 day 2 night safari tour and it was fantastic. Neither of us had ever done anything like this before and we had a great time. Everything was super well organised and ran on time. Charles our guide and driver gave us an education in the animals we saw and answered all of our questions. Amazing service.

Ozon Light Tours knocked this trip for us out of the park!! Our driver Isa, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and fun - just the best!! We enjoyed driving with him for 9 days. Our accommodations varied from tents to lodges and at each place we were met with friendly staff, great food, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. I am vegan and was cheerfully accommodated. The itinerary was varied and interesting. Would 100% book with Ozon Light Tours again.

Great safari experience
We saw four out five from big five which was amazing. Our driver/guide Musa was very experienced and we felt safe in traffic and also on bumpy roads with him and he had lot of knowledge about animals and environment. He was trying to get to the animals as close as he was allowed to come due to regulations and thus we saw animals from just few meters. Accommodation was simple but clean.

Highly reliable, very understanding. Bargained for us good rates. Came physically to visit us, which made us feel like we were important to her. She organized a birthday cake for one of us. Wonderful person!

Good Service
We had a wonderful tour. The waterfall was great, despite the water level being low. The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The meal was very good and we had a nice swim in the hot springs.
I am however, taking out two stars on transportation. Very disappointed with the type of transportation provided. We had an old minibus which was uncomfortable and not appropriate on bumpy roads.
