A safari Adventure to Remember
5/5

This travel team did a fantastic job giving us a platform for an enjoyable and unforgettable travel experience in Kenya. Our trip was seamless and stress-free, as we did not have to worry over logistics and could really dive into the experience. The travel planners were informative and engaging and very easy to communicate with. During initial planning, they gave creative ideas and allowed us to work through our decisions without putting any pressure on us and were happy to make modifications to make sure we received the experience that we wanted. I would absolutely recommend this travel team to anyone that wants to travel but needs guidance and logistical help with making such a trip a reality. I feel like we would not have had anywhere near the experience that we had if we had not crossed paths with these travel planners.

Brilliant, attentive and all great guy! Tebla opened my eyes to a whole other world, very impressive
5/5

I just got back from an awesome 2 night Mokoro camping safari with Tebla in the Okavango delta. Just a few hours outside Maun we transferred into traditional mokoros and began our voyage into the delta.

Our poler navigated the small channels with ease and we were amazed to see tiny reed frogs, water lilies and kingfishers. Once we arrived at an island we enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by our very own chef and had some siesta time, before another mokoro ride in the afternoon where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset! We returned to camp at dusk and enjoyed dinner around the campfire under the stars.

The next morning we got up at dawn for a light breakfast before Tebla took us on a guided nature walk around the island. We loved learning about the tracks and signs in the bush before returning to camp for another tasty lunch. After some siesta time and a wonderful bucket shower in our ensuite tent, we set out for an afternoon mokoro ride amongst the reeds.

After another evening of storytelling around the campfire we went to our comfy beds contented. We had a wonderful safari with Tebla and would thoroughly recommend this trip for anyone looking for an authentic Okavango experience.

REVIEW FOR SEVEN-DAY SAFARI :
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a 7-day luxury wilderness safari, an immersive adventure that took me through the breathtaking landscapes of Tarangire National Park, Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Authority and experience Maasai cultural activities at western Kilimanjaro. From December 27th, 2023, to January 2nd, 2024, every moment of this safari was a testament to the unparalleled beauty of Tanzania's wildlife and ecosystems.
Our luxury accommodations throughout the safari were nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled seamlessly into the natural surroundings, each lodge and camp provided a perfect blend of comfort and proximity to nature. The attentive staff, exquisite cuisine, and thoughtfully designed lodgings added a touch of elegance to our wilderness experience.
The wildlife sightings exceeded all expectations. Tarangire's iconic baobab trees served as the backdrop for incredible encounters with elephants, while Manyara's diverse habitats showcased a stunning array of birdlife. Serengeti's vast plains delivered the awe-inspiring spectacle of the Great Migration, and the Ngorongoro Crater provided an intimate setting for observing an abundance of wildlife, including flamingoes, lions, and hippos.
Our safari guides were not just experts; they were passionate storytellers, sharing their deep knowledge of the ecosystem, animal behavior, and local culture. Their ability to spot elusive wildlife and provide insightful commentary enriched our safari experience, making each game drive a fascinating journey into the heart of Tanzania's wilderness.
The itinerary was thoughtfully crafted, ensuring a perfect balance of adventure, relaxation, and exploration. From early morning game drives to sunset cocktails overlooking the savannah, every day offered a new adventure.
The safari's seamless organization allowed us to focus entirely on the experience. From airport transfers to the smallest details of the daily schedule, everything was meticulously planned, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable journey.
This 7-day luxury wilderness safari was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that surpassed all expectations. The combination of opulent accommodations, unparalleled wildlife encounters, knowledgeable guides, and a meticulously planned itinerary made it a journey into the heart of wild elegance. For anyone seeking a transformative safari experience, this adventure is not to be missed.

Friendly and jovial who was really informative and guided the tour with outmost professionalism.
5/5

We had an excellent safari in Kenya courtesy of Safari Zest Tours. The trip initially was supposed to be 5 days but ended up extending with 3 days. We started by an early game drive in Nairobi National Park which was spectacular, the view of the city, spotting of rhinos, crocodiles and herds of buffalos. Then the visit to Ol Pejeta Conservancy in the Northern Kenya where we spotted all big five animals, chimpanzees, the remaining species of Rhinos and many more. Camping at Mt. Kenya was enjoyable although the weather around was cold and windy, it was fun having the night bonfire and stories from the locals. Kelvin who was in constant communication with us suggested if we could try the Kenyan beaches and since it was our first time in Africa, we decided to give it a trail and he customized for us an itinerary to the Kenyan coastal at an affordable price despite being an extension and short time confirmation. Everything worked out well and we enjoyed beyond expectations. With no doubt, we strongly recommend the company as they're real travel partners!!!

The Greatest Gorilla safary tour in only 5 days
4/5

Last february I partecipated at the gorilla safari tour, it was been an unic experience, because i had the occasion to know a lot of details of Uganda land. During the movment from on side to another, i met and know a lot of people, i saw the coltivated lands whith every kind of plants and fruits. I had very confortable accomodacions in the lodges and i eat different and good brakfast, lunch and dinner every day. I saw non only the gorilla, but scimpanze and other animals in the Queen Elisabeth National Park. Greeat emotion was been, during the boat trip on the river, to see big groups of elephants drinking.
Unforgettable the avalaibility of our good driver Mr. Moses, who guided and informed us with great professionality.
If someone would like to go in Uganda, I suggest to contact Mr. Francis the boss of the agency for information or preventive.

The The best choice: 4-days Masai Mara and Nakuru
5/5

During my work trip I took 4-day Masai Mara and Nakuru safari. My mother accompanied me. we celebrated her birthday there. we had the jeep 4x4 option and it was the best choice. we were accommodated in tents in the camp for the first two nights, the third night in a small hotel with a swimming pool in Nakuru. all accommodations were clean, the staff very kind and helpful. The food was excellent! However, I have to rate the guide the most! Albert was great! his riding skills were excellent and he got us very close to the animals. I recommend Axis to everyone. I will back soon❤️🤍💚🖤

Ten out of Ten experience! TOP!!!!!

Bonny and Lightness were just amazing.

Lightness was SOOO patient changing and adjusting the trip to our needs. I kept stressing her with lots of silly questions about vaccines, vista etc. and she was always so quick and friendly.

Bonny just made everything happen for us, anything we wanted to do, he already planned for it ! absolutely top man.

We just ended up in the very best hands Tanzania has to offer.

Communication was outstanding, we followed our itinerary like clockwork. We have been on several safari trips and this was one of the best.

Holiday of a life time
5/5

My wife and I went on our honeymoon to Tanzania and Zanzibar in February and booked the entire trip through lion king. All the staff were excellent in the lead up to the trip, both setting the itinerary and answering any questions we may have had in the lead up to the trip.

When we arrived in Tanzania we met Ossie our guide and his car the cape Buffalo. Ossie was THE BEST! He knew loads about all the animals and the areas we were in, he answered a million dumb questions from me, while being super patient. We saw the big 5 and loads more, his eyes were incredible we wouldn’t have spotted half the animals we saw with him. And he was an incredible driver, the roads are bumpy or as he would say you get a free African massage. We saw lots of people broke down but not Ossie once, and there was a day where we had a a surprise storm when out in the Serengeti. It was like driving in a movie, but importantly Ossie was at the front of the pack leading other tours out and back to safety.

You should book a safari with lion king and ask for Ossie!! Best holiday ever!!

Wonderful experience
5/5

Very courteous, trustworthy and kind operators. Good and easy communication. The price for value was excellent. We had a very good trip with delicious meals (which were costumized to our specific needs/taste). Our guide was experienced and we saw a lot of wildlife and just stunning landscapes, especially in Serengeti. 100% Recommended!
