A diligent and patient tour guide who will see you though to the summit despite your doubts.
I had an unforgettable experience with Moses and I will forever be grateful that our paths crossed. Managed to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro thanks to his guidance and belief in me even when the odds started to look daunting. I highly recommend him.

Thoroughly accomplished, and a professional in his trade
Moses and Kili climb Africa were recommended to us by a friend who had used them the year before. I must admit I was a little bit nervous going under contract without ever having met somebody and not even using a travel agent. But Moses delivered on every level. He picked us up right on time, each day was thoroughly planned and well executed. It truly was a trip of a lifetime for us. I would highly recommend Moses from his professionalism, his knowledge of the climb and his true caring for each and every person.

Excellent Safari
We really enjoyed our safari with Imani Excursions. Our Guide Mrisho was the best and had a huge knowledge about everything! He made sure to see the Big 5 and even more. Furthermore he taught us a lot about the animals and the culture of Tanzania. We felt very welcomed and comfortable the whole trip. Our Lodges also were really great! You need to be prepared to sit in a car for 10h sometimes and the bumby roads don’t make that easy. We will definitely choose Imani again if we come back one day but next time we would take a plane to Serengeti to make the trip even more comfortable.

It was a wonderful experience!
The 3 Day Masai Mara adventure was perfect! It is not so expensive, it was not complicated, we had the best 3days of our life!
Our driver was david, he did everything he could to show us the big 5, he explained everything, answered every question and he was the main reason why it was so special. :)
Thanks to Jockey Tours for this beautiful adventure!

He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
I can highly recommend this company after taking using them for a two-day safari. I went with my two daughters and my husband. The company was reliable and thorough. Molel our guide was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the safari a memorable experience. He was kind and patient with my daughters. He tailored the safari to our desires. I have since then recommended this company to other travelers.

A woman was screamed at by the chef and wouldn't let her leave because he wanted money
We went on a 5 day safari with Focus on africa. The tour guide, Wilson, was amazing. He really went out of his way to make our trip unforgettable. I am very sad to give a one star because he is worth 5!
During the trip I noticed a couple of things which could have been done differently but I considered not to be worth writing a review but I will state them now anyway; we were leaving quite late a couple of times and when spotting animals you have to be there at first light! We were with 6 people in the car including luggage and camping equipment, making so that for a few drives the people in the back seats were uncomfortable. The one star I give for something that happend to a travel companion and makes me feel the need to write; the chef that was with us for 3 days(who cooked nicely but was only acting nice on the last night, all of the group immediately felt it was because he expected a tip) became angry because they gave too little tip. And with angry I mean yelling in their faces for over 15 minutes and not letting them leave the last campsite. They were so scared (2 woman alone) and not one of the 15 local men surrounding the vehicle said anything and let it happen (they work on the campsite and thus are also reprectatives of focus in africa). They felt attacked and it ruined their trip. This was a super scary situation and I would advise you to make sure who your guide will be as this will definitely make or brake it(their last day was spend with another "guide" who didn't know any English).
Moreover, the owner wanted to pay the woman to remove the reviews and out of his messages it appears that he actually agrees the tip is too little and so was accepting towards the behaviour of the chef. Look elsewhere for your safari trip!

Amazing 3 days of safari
These 3 days where amazing. We saw so many animals, up close and even in action. Thousands of animals and all the big 5.
Lodge acomodation is worth the cost. We slept with a hipo near the bedroom.
Amir, the guide was very nice with us, amd very talkative and funny. James, the chef, cooks very delicious food.

Very kind
my safari guide was very attentive and made it an unforgettable tour. I opted for the 1-day safari, but afterwards I regretted not staying longer. the safari tour is definitely recommended! Words cannot describe how beautiful it is to see the animals in the wild.

Amazing day trip to Ngorongoro
I made a day trip to Ngorongoro departing from Arusha. Omar was our driver and he did an excellent job. The roads inside and outside the Ngorongoro crater area as well as the 4x4 vehicle used were modern and comfortable. We had been a group of 8 people in the car - some of them were on a multi day safari. I met the others of the group for breakfast in a town close to the crater. We entered the crater at about 9.30 am and left at 4 pm. That gave us enough time to see many birds, zebras, wildebeests, bonobos, … and all the animals of the big five except for the leopard. The scenery of Ngorongoro in itself is already worth the visit. Having our picnic with delicious food at a lake was just the icing on the cake.
When I come to Tanzania in a few years, I would go to the Ngorongoro crater with Mafie Adventures again.
