Tuli Wilderness - authentic and beautiful
I've visited 'Tuli Wilderness' twice now, first in February 2013 and again in 2014, both times as a part of university lead group to collect data on the biodiversity of the region. My experience has been one of gaining an understanding of how wildlife management works in Africa, not a holiday.
Tuli is beautiful. It has a massively varied landscape: the tropical and humid Limpopo, dry rocky koppes (hills), fertile alluvial plains, dense mopane scrub, and the highest point of the region (eagle rock). There are no fences, no guarantees as to what you see, only luck and your guide. The 'wilderness' in 'Tuli Wilderness' is not advertising speak, I've spent over a month there and didn't see anyone who wasn't part of my group. The accommodation is basic and rustic, and the people are fascinating and genuine.
Some of the most memorable experiences from my time there:
Crossing the Limpopo river to enter Botswana via the worlds only international border crossing in a cable car. And leaving via the thin concrete bridge at Platjaan, being told to avoid the crocodiles on the left.
Sleeping in the bush under the stars, taking turns at watch and seeing glowing eyes reflecting back from my torch light.
Stalking a leopard through rocky mopane veld as the sun slowly sets, cascading everywhere in orange light.
Sitting atop eagle rock, relaxing in the refreshing wind and watching a herd of fifty elephants strolling across the land.
My time at 'Tuli Wilderness' was beautiful and authentic, I wish I could see how Tuli changes with the seasons.

Highly responsive and trustworthy
Just returned from a wonderful trip to Kenya. We were very pleased with the services provided by Karibu Safaris. I think it would be difficult/impossible to organize a trip from the US without the help of a company and working with a local company was great. The agent was always very responsive - - and we organized a rather complicated trip (because we were traveling with my wife's large family - - they live in Kenya). Everything went so smoothly and we had a great time. Will go back in a few years and will definitely use Karibu. Highly recommend!

Fantastic walking safari trip
In June we had a trip with a Mike. He is very friendly and wants to do everything for his guests. We stayed 6 nights camping in Hwange, 4 nights in Mana Pools and 2 nights in Matopos. Apart from the wildlife it was a very relaxed experience. We just did the walks and game drives and everything else was done by the guide, the tracker and the cook.
Our tracker was superb. He found lions on several occasions. We could watch them from a close distance during walking safaris.

It was a time that my husband and I will never forget
My husband and I did a 14 day camping safari with our guide ;Jonathan Clements and Ende. We had the best time,they gave us an experience that we will never forget. All the way from the animals, birds that we saw, to the camping experience, great food,education of the country. If you want to do a safari- request these 2 gentlemen. They were the best.

Excellent trip through Rwanda and Uganda with Cheetah Safari.
We were picked up in the airport, and driven to the resort. Upon arrivel to the reosrt the guides took care of the receptionist and we only had to sign the rooms before going to bed. In the morning we got briefed for the following days and took on to a trip that showed up to be everything we had dreamt of before leaving Denmark. The guides/drivers where excellent and did everything in their power to provide for our demands and needs. On the road driving around Rwanda and Uganda, the guides were ey good at explaining when ever a question or something else showed up. During the game drives the guides had alot of experience in both spotting the animals and seeing what animal/bird we had actually seen. Every evening they provided more information about the following day and of what we had seen the current. All in all, a perfect trip with two guides who always were on time and who were excellent drivers in two cars perfect for the Rwandan and Ugandan terrain.

Excellent Choice for Tanzania Safari!
My friends and I wanted to travel with Tanzanians owned Company on our safari; and decided to book with Good Earth Tours after reading many great reviews about them and their involvement in the local communities there.
We had such a great safari- many thanks to our guide George who is an excellent guide with many years of experience; and Baraka in their US office for arranging our trip for us.

we had a very well organized trip in uganda, with the best guide you can have, we didn't have to do anything except enjoying and relaxing everything.
also the hotels/lodges and the gamedrives were excellent!
