The best people, made my trip hassle free and had lots of warmth and love to share.
We started off with Masai Mara safari followed by Lake Nakuru, Naivasha and Hells gate. We were very well looked after, attended to all our needs, had a solid itinerary in place. Very well organized starting from airport pick up to drop off. While booking the Safari, I coordinated with James who made it so easy. I was a part of a small group trip and thanks to sunnycreek I have made great friends. The food was good, the hospitality in places we stayed were top notch. Big big thanks to our guide Johnny. Couldn't recommend him enough :)

Professional, helpful, trustful
Everything was perfectly organized. Communication with operator was easy and all questions were answered very quickly. Our driver was always on time and very helpful willing to show us as many animals as possible suggesting best spots for pictures doing his best for us to have an amazing experience. The lodges were wonderful and food was excellent. I definately recommend safari with Netherken.

Gorilla O’Clock is extremely responsive, organized and flexible.
Gorilla O’Clock exceeded my expectations in every aspect of our trip. I first contacted Paul in Dec 2023 about a trip in early Feb 2024 (rather last minute). Paul responded immediately (although it was late at night) and began working on our complicated itinerary. Ours was a month long trip that had some difficult logistics, and then we extended (while there) and still everything was seamless! This is truly a bespoke company that listens to what you want and then somehow makes it all happen. It’s really hard to believe that we did not have even one problem the whole month! The tour included time in Nairobi, safaris in Amboseli, Tsavo and Ol Pejeta, a week in Watamu and time at the Mt Kenya Safari Club. Communication was daily, the tour was a dream come true and the value for money was outstanding. Asante sana Paul, Simon and John! We will return!

Gypsy Tours and Safaris took me and my partner on a 5day Marangu trek. We reached the summit and this was greatly thanks to the wise guides Anthony, also thanks to the great support of all the porters. The team made extra effort to keep our stuff dry, Food is very delicious I promise you ,they make different meals, etc.
After the Kili, we went on a 4-day safari with a guide named John very experienced, professional.
Would definitely recommend Gypsy Tours !

Trip of a lifetime
I booked a last minute 10 day safari with Big Apes Africa after another provider let me down. Despite only having a week to get everything ready, all of Peter’s arrangements worked out and I had a perfect experience. Out of the 105 countries I‘ve visited so far, Uganda was my favorite.
Not only did I see all of the big 5 and many chimpanzees, but I also had the best possible gorilla sighting in Bwindi with 3 playful babies and a very peaceful silverback.
While I had originally hoped to join an existing tour, I ended up going alone with my guide, Sam. However, this was probably for the best. I felt completely safe at all times and Sam was good company at dinners and a very patient guide during the game drives who ensured we‘d get the best sightings. Eg, when all the other cars had already left, Sam waited until the 3 lionesses got up and came very closely to the car. We were also the only ones to see the leopard in Ishasha that day. Unfortunately, the treeclimbing lions in the Ishasha sector have currently abandoned their previous tree close by the road, but we at least saw them from a distance.
All of the selected activities were amazing and I saw so many additional animals. The only thing I might have changed in hindsight is to spend the last night closer to the airport, as it is a very long journey from Bunyonyi.
All of the food provided was delicious (with vegetarian options available) and the lodges ranged from good to great…They were certainly better than what I had expected, given that the total price for a solo trip was 40% less than what I would have paid to a German travel agent for a shared tour.
Overall, I can’t recommend Uganda or Big Apes Africa enough and I hope that one day, I‘ll be able to do another trip with them and bring my family.
PS: for anyone having doubts about the current security situation- I think the warnings are completely overblown. There wasn’t a moment where I didn’t feel entirely safe, even as a single woman. Just go - it‘ll be the trip of a lifetime!

Reliable and good organisation
The organisation by Moafrika was very good and the price is affordable. I stayed at Sundown which is a bit outside of the park but for more money you can get into the reserve lodges. I had two closed vehicle drives and two open vehicle drives. The guide for the open vehicle drive, Petrus, was amazing! He knows so much about the animals and plants, he even taught me tracking :)) He was very sweet and open. Would definitely do it again with him!

6-day safari with Omary!
We joined the 6-day safari covering Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, and it was an incredible experience. The agency organized everything well, promptly addressing all our queries via WhatsApp. Our driver, Omary, was kind, helpful, and dedicated to show the parks with the most stunning views and best spots. He always inquired about our preferences and expertly answered all our questions about the parks. And he was always positive and funny throughout the entire 6 days! The food was always fresh and the places to sleep were very good!

We spent a dream vacation with BuyMore Adventures
The whole trip was amazing and well planned! We did the 6-Day Kenya Big Five safari. Nadzua replied to our questions really fast and everything went well from the beginning - we were a bit worried because our flight arrived in the middle of the night but it wasn't a problem - our driver Calvin came and picked us up and took us to the city to have breakfast. We didn't expect places to be open so early but he knew where to go. It was very nice for us because we came to Kenya to only do the safari tour. We had to switch drivers on our way back to the airport on our last day as our driver had to go and do another tour but it was all so well planned and our second driver was also super nice and shared a lot about life in Kenya with us.
Calvin knew all the best places for spotting animals (he also has such good eyes and can spot animals really far) and made sure we saw as many different of them as possible. And ofcourse we took our time observing the animals. Calvin took us really close to the animals and turned off the engine so we wouldn't bother them. For us it was just unbelievable to see all these animals in the wild and so so close to us.
It was amazing that on our last day when we went to the last game drive Calvin spotted lions from far-far away, we were not even in the national park yet. So we got to enjoy the sunrise with lions and Kilimanjaro in the background - something like that will probably only happen once in a lifetime for us.
The car was very clean as Calvin cleaned it every day. The roads were crazy and we were lucky that he's such a good driver!
Calvin helped us with all the questions and made stops as we requested and he always had clean drinking water for us as much as we needed.
Accommodations were really good and we didn't have any problems.
We enjoyed every second of the trip.
