Excellent and Professional
Harriet kept me informed from when I first inquired about the trip to booking and all upgrades and prices. Lionel made sure all was fine once we arrived in Uganda. Our driver/guide Edwin was a very excellent driver and knowledgeable, he informed us of different things as we drove which helped us to understand Uganda better. Edwin always was on time and stayed on schedule. The lodges and food an A Plus and the staff all friendly and hopeful. The itinerary was everything my wife and I could have hoped for on a safari in Africa from the Gorilla and Chimpanzee tracking to the game drives to the horse back riding. The trip was Clearly Outstanding. Thank you Matoke Tours.

Incredible experience we will never forget!
We did the 4day-Lodge/Treehouse Safari.
Arrived at Tremisana with a warm welcome from Pretty. Our rooms were very comfortable and relaxing! Meals were excellent, especially enjoyed the braai! Bongani, Rex and Philip were our guides during our stay. They all made us feel welcomed and safe (especially on the bush walk!) Then to Marc's Treehouse and lodge. Greeted by Victor and his contagious smile! Off to Kruger Park in the morning. Saw 4 of the Big 5. Maynard our driver was amazing. We felt as though he did all we could to make sure we saw as many animals as we could.
The service we received was amazing. Truly enjoyed the staff at both locations. All very friendly and made you feel so "at home" and felt they went above and beyond. We had left an electronic device in the shuttle on our trip back to Johannesburg. After an email to Viva Safaris, we were told they found the device and delivered to our hotel the next morning.
Viva Safaris was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great experience with everything taken care of. Great value for money.
Esther coordinated everything for us on behalf of the company. She is tremendously patient and extremely prompt with her responses. The suggested trip was optimal and we saw almost every animal. Everything that was promised was delivered.
Our driver was Samy and he performed with sincerity, making every effort to ensure we spot the animals and get a good view.
The weather was excellent during the last week of July making the overall experience even more pleasant.
Tip to travellers... Do your homework so you know what to expect at each of the places.
My only disappointment was that I could not do the long tour of the gorges in Lake Naivasha because although I had plenty of time before my flight there was a member in our group who had to catch a bus from Nairobi.
But overall it was an amazing experience and I've been recommending the company and specifically Esther to all my friends. Keep up the good work

It was really "Magical" !
I have travelled with Magical Retreats & Adventures Tours for a 5 days safari in Kenya. (Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha & Maboseli). Dealing with Pamela was just great ! She is a wonderful lady and very friendly. She answers emails fast, give good advices and the most important is the best price with best service ! Our driver during safari was Peter. What a lovely person ! And also very professsional. We saw almost everything during the safari, all animals were there! Car and accomodation were very good, food was excellent. Thank you Pamela and Peter for everything. I would definitely choose you again if i come back to Kenya !

Amazing experience with Kiboko
We booked our honeymoon through Kiboko and from the very start, we knew we had made the right choice. We had a wonderful time in Kenya and thanks to Kiboko's personal service and helpful associates, we left with nothing but truly amazing memories. Thanks to Clare and her team for everything they did for us; Our hotels, our flights, everything went so smoothly. Because of their hard work and attention to detail, we had nothing to worry about. We could relax and enjoy everything Kenya had to offer. We thought a safari in Kenya would be a once-in-a-lifetime vacation for us. Well, it was so incredible, we have already said we'll be back! And, when we do, we'll be booking with Kiboko again. As far as we're concerned, there's no other choice! Thanks for the unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful holiday with no hitches, perfectly planned for us and so professional.
Though we live in Australia, Safari online made planning for our family holiday so easy. Walter understood our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. The holiday was everything we wanted it to be and so much more. Every camp was ideally suited for our family and we loved each day, every early morning and evening game drive. Thank you to Walter for his attention to detail and his friendly, professional and caring manner. It was a trip of a lifetime and one that we will talk about forever.
