I was introduced to laurette through the staff at lalibela game reserve to help with planning the second part of our first visit to South Africa. She has been amazing! Her organisation and communication has been second to none and although British airways changed one of our flights at the last minute which meant our connections didn't work she rebooked our flights and hotel without us having to do anything! Pamela was great offered us one of the best deals and the best tour guide/driver.
It was one of the best experience I've had. The coordinator Pamela was great and helpful. Our driver was excellent. However Kimana tented camp and Mara sidai camp didn't stand upto expectation. It was dirty food was like doing a favour . They literally served us boiled basic macaroni rice and vegetable, no curry or sauce. I highly recommend to stay in lodges and not tented camps. Apart from the stay at kimana and Mara sidai camp everything else was excellent.

Flexible and accomodating
I was in Morogoro for 5 weeks project and Hello Tanzania set up a solo 3 day safari that fit my schedule. On both days at Mikuni we saw female lions. All the other animals were in abundant display. Abdullah the Driver Gilbert the Mikumi guide, and Freddie the Udzungwa Falls guide were very pleasant and knowledgeable making the tours very enjoyable. A nice break from my work.

Friendly client orientated bush experience
Xaa went out of their way to accommodate us without compromising the experience of their other guests.
It was the most amazing sunset cruise from Maun on the Thamalakane river passing some local fishing Mokoros, African Fish eagles and stopping to observe a crocodile and being fed a ton of information from the guide.
We shall use them next time for a 3 day customised excursion into the Delta with all camp sites and accommodation arranged by Xaa.
