We were thoroughly impressed by the communication from Mirisho Expedition Safaris leading up to our trip, as well as the impeccable service they provided throughout. Our guide ensured that we didn't miss a single sight, allowing us to witness the majestic Big 5 and so much more, including an abundance of monkeys, giraffes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and elephants. The experience exceeded our expectations, resulting in fantastic photo opportunities. Additionally, the accommodations were superb. Without a doubt, we would enthusiastically select Mirisho Expedition Safaris for future adventures!

Mollel is the best guide in whole Tanzania! Communication was great and he really tried to accommodate al of our wishes in our trip. During our stay he frequently asks if we are ok and need something. When we wanted some changes as we go, he tries to make that happen and make sure we are more than ok during our safari’s and accomodations.

Everything ran smoothly from pickup to dropoff with a great experience all around.
From the timely and professional pickup the full day was a great experience. Both our driver from Johannesburg and our guide inside the park were friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide was diligent in seeking out so many animals. Due to his work, I ended the day with over 600 animal photographs along with at least a dozen videos. Both vehicles were comfortable and the restaurant for lunch was delicious.

Fantastic and very experienced operator who goes the extra mile
Perfectly organized safari. We had a really nice small group, a guide with 26 years of experience, good stories and an excellent sense of humor. They went an extra mile to make us all happy. We saw quite a lot of animals, learned & laughed a lot about animals, South African culture and landscape. Would always choose this operator again.

They arranged the trip of a lifetime for 17 of us. We went on safari at Kapama Private Game Reserve which was an all inclusive experience. The staff, trackers, drivers, resort and food were excellent. After our stay, we were driven to the airport through the reserve for one last glimpse before flying on to Cape Town. A driver was waiting at the airport for us and took us to our next stop at the Table Bay Hotel on the waterfront which was beautiful place. So many restaurants and stores were within walking distance (the mall was even accessible from inside the hotel). We took two personal tours, one to the wine region for two tastings, and one along the coast to Cape Pointe and Cape of Good Hope then on to Simon's Town to see the penguins. A great time was had by all and we had no issues.

Covered every detail for the safari
I had the offer for a 7 day safari from the tour agency, which I have liked the most as seemed that it covered lots of things I wanted to see and was organized very detailed. Overall, all the drivers and helpers were great making sure I had the best experience.
It was an amazing 7 days and I have seen loads of animals from very close. The balloon experience was the icing on the cake!

A 3 day, 2 night, trip of a lifetime
I booked this trip as part of a 3 week volunteering experience in Tanzania. A safari is something I have always wanted to do, and this tour did not disappoint in any way.
Our group was 15 people in 2 cars. The itinerary was well planned and managed perfectly from start to finish. Both drivers were very well informed and knowledgeable, they were also very amiable and accommodating particularly to our ‘car karaoke’ on the way home.
Day one visited Tarangire National Park
Day two Ngorogori National Park
Day Three Lake Manyara National Park
Over the three days we spotted all the promised wildlife excepting the Cheetah. Again the drivers were very accommodating with the endless photos taken and extra break stop when needed.
Lunch provided on all 3 days was excellent!
Also had an amazing 2 night stay in the mud hut style pods which were very cosy and comfortable. The shower block had plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast and evening meal was very good standard and the staff were kindly accommodating to my insomnia and brought coffee both mornings at 4am.
The accommodation has the most amazing viewpoint over Lake Manyara and if your an early riser the sunrise is stunning. Evening entertainment is provided by dancing and an extremely flexible man! Not to be missed 😂
A gift shop and bar are available on site too
All in all I would recommend this trip 100%.
Value for money - safari’s are not cheap due to park fee’s but in comparison to others available it was very good.

The itinerary was carefully tailored to our preferences, including the quality of accommodations and our budget. We saw a wide variety of wildlife and had remarkable experiences with the animals in their natural habitats. I highly recommend asking for Joseph to be your driver and guide. He's a family man with a great sense of humor, which greatly enriches the entire experience.

Amazing
Wonderful trip, managed to exceed all expectations. We were at Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Seringueti. Absolutely magical. Daniel Mkojera, our guide, was fantastic and made our trip memorable. We have no words to thank you. An experience that will last a lifetime! Thank you Daniel.
