Memorable experiences with professional company
I with my three siblings had an amazing and unforgettable experience on our safari in Murchison Falls national Park. We did a four day exploration of Murchison Falls and its environs and we enjoyed every minute of it.
Mukisa Safaris Uganda was flawless and we greatly enjoyed their excellent service. Richard made all the arrangements for us and he was a pleasure to work with. I would write to him at any time and he responded promptly and pleasantly.
We were in the company of Paul our guide and Phiona our female driver. They were such amazing, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous people and we had a great connection with them. They ensured that we enjoyed every moment of our safari.
I must say that Uganda’s beauty won us over in every way. The lovely and friendly people in Uganda, the game drives and boat cruise experiences were exhilarating, the comfortable accommodation and nice food, the stunning views of the park and the entire northern region and the vegetation. With the memorable experiences, I highly recommend Mukisa Safaris and I intend to travel with them again very soon.

Right from the start, the team was honest and transparent with us. We signed up for a great safari within Uganda but we got more than we asked for. The safari was breathtaking and the tour guide ensured we didnt miss a thing. We came with little time – just five days – and Diana organised a great Safari for us and our two kids. We entirely relied on her recommendations on which places to visit and are so happy. She knows great places. We have been to parks and sanctuaries which were packed with animals and not jeeps. We saw the big five and met nice people. An unforgettable week!

Khamis and team runs an amazing organization of lovely and attentive personnel to clients desire. Traveled to Jinja for a one day adventure with Travelmonke and every part of the experience was on point. I would highly recommend them for all your tours and trips in the Uganda.

Highly Professional & Caring Company: Fully Refunded Tour Booked for June 2020
We had early in March booked a safari for June 2020 which even despite the increasingly precarious situation with flights and the pandemic, we thought might be a possibility to attend. However by 1st week June flights into Kenya still not allowed and when we asked for a refund the operator immediately wired our full payment back to us in 2 days minus some minor fees. This is wonderful service, better than some companies my friends had booked with in Canada, which are trying to hold onto the deposits for their trips booked in Europe.
How wonderful to know such companies in Africa is so caring towards their customers !

Exceeded expectations with Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda!
I would highly recommend Ecovic Tours and Travel Uganda for anyone looking at visiting Uganda.
We did a 9 day all inclusive and once again can not recommend them enough. The food was fantastic, the company's brilliant and knowledgeable director and guides that we had was out of this world. We really wanted to see Mountain Gorrillas, Chimpanzees and Tree Climbing Lions and they made our dream come true.

Top organisation merging high quality tours with life-changing charity work. Truly memorable.
I had grand plans on arrival in Kenya to do a couple of the One Horizon tours, however had issues with their booking system only booking for the day after tomorrow. This led to phone calls with owner-operator Colin, who was able to accomodate me with both tours I wanted in a half-day personalised tour. I was met by Carol at my hotel and travelled to meet mothers with HIV thriving thanks to a two-year rehabilitation program that teaches them trade and entrepreneurial skills so they can set up their own business to support their families. There I also met Solomon (and Colin, briefly) and together we travelled on to meet two grandmothers thriving off pig-farming and able to support their families for the first time in their lives. I honestly could write tons about these experiences, but I will keep it to this: being a development graduate, I know what good charity and bad charity looks like. Colin gets in there and asks what is needed in the community and then makes it happen. The programs come from the community and the community thrives because of it. This is charity at its best. All of the women but particularly the warm hospitality shown by the grandmothers and Carol and Solomon over a lunch we made together, hearing stories about Kenyan life, the struggles, was probably the single best tourism experience I ever had. Carol and Solomon answered every question I had and then some, and I felt so inspired by their hard work and dedication. Travelling for another two months across Africa this tour remained my number one experience and takeaway of what Africa is. I cannot recommend One Horizon highly enough.

Our very best holiday.
My wife was reluctant to go on this safari arranged by our son. We're in our 70s and the thought of roughing it in tents and the lack of bathroom facilities worried her, she suggested we make this a boys only outing. Being assured that each tent included a toilet and shower, in separate areas, she finally agreed to go. The tents, with carpeted floors, king size beds, clean bathrooms were very comfortable, and the wake-up by staff with hot coffee and cookies dispelled any idea of roughing it. The camp food was great and sitting around the fire pit after dinner with a drink in the evening was relaxing.
Ebenezer, our guide was completely knowledgeable of the animals and often spotted game that we and other guides didn't see. He was also an excellent and safe driver. The 3 parks, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro were beautiful and we saw all the big game animals including leopards and rhinos.
We've been lucky and lived in Mexico and Thailand and have traveled all over Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the Nile, as well as Europe. Before this Bhutan was our favorite holiday, but my wife agreed our Duma safari was the best of them all.

Vincent helped us plan the perfect itinerary and helped us pick our accommodations in the most efficient, friendly and professional way possible. We exchanged a lot of e-mails and he was always very responsive answering to all our questions.
Definitely, one of our highlights of our trip was our guide Benjamin, who made our trip more than perfect. He has so much experience, knows SO much not only about the animals but also about the country & culture. Easy going, extremely professional, always in a good mood and very punctual. I always felt we were in the best hands and I really think we had the best guide in the whole country:) Thank you sooo much, Bebjamin, for answering our questions multiple times a day like; "Can you please tell me a fun fact about this animal?" :)
