Good job
5/5

What a fantastic company. We were very impressed with every part of our safari. It's very hard to choose what company to go with and we spent more than 3 months narrowing down our choices before deciding on Safarihub .

About: Safarihub
Loved it
5/5

We decided to go to Africa for the very first time last week. We were very concerned about the safety of Kenya, with all the bad publicity, but then decided if we did not go we would regret it. We were so surprised at how safe and accommodating the Kenyan's were on this holiday. What a lovely group of people. We saw so many animals and felt secure the whole time we were in Kenya. SafariHub completely made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
Thank you SafariHub for introducing us to your wonderful country!!!! We will be back soon......

Fantastic well run safari experience
5/5

We found the communication with the owner to be excellent and our payment was handled professionally and smoothly. We were looking for a budget trip if such a thing exists in Uganda and were not disappointed. Our guide went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and well catered for throughout our trip. We covered many miles and laughed non stop with Joseph. As well as gorilla trekking we also wanted to see chimps and all our passes were sorted for us expertly and with no fuss. Would highly recommend this company.

Best Service Highly Affordable
5/5

Ask for George Gaya. The guy knows how to put together an excellent package. His team is outstanding. Our family had a memorable vacation. Polite and reliable service. My kids even learned Swahili from the driver. We will use Inside Africa again when we are ready to climb Kilimanjaro.

Scam bookings - denied plane boarding, unpaid park fees, missed pick-up & briefing etc.
1/5

Do not take the chance to have the same terrible and costly experience we had with Mr. Steve Biko, Africa Remote Safaris! As of today, 1/6/2016, we have not been reimbursed for our additional expenses, US $ 4,461, which we occurred due to Steve Biko's continued failings, and have not heard back from Mr. Biko.
Our safari was scheduled, Aug. 16 - Aug. 22, 2015. Day 1, we were not picked up as scheduled in Nairobi to continue to Masai Mara. The hotel arranged for transfer to Wilson Airport and from there we flew to Masai Mara. Upon arrival and being greeted by our driver, we were told our park fees, driver and car fees had not been paid. After waiting around and phoning with Mr. Biko, we were off to go about 1 hour after arriving. Day 3 our scheduled balloon ride did not happen. Day 4 we were supposed to continue to Serengeti, and were denied boarding the SafariLink plane due to Mr. Biko had failed to pay for the tickets. On day 5 after not being able to leave our hotel due to Mr. Biko not paying for our lodging, our family of four had no other option than to change our itinerary for the remaining day's. This cost us an additional $4,461 for accommodation and flights, not to mention the time we missed actually being out seeing animals, and instead dealt with the many failings of Steve Biko and a police report encouraged my the Manager of our hotel, who wants this type of scoundrels out of the Kenyan travel industry. Throughout our safari when running into unpaid services, Steve Biko continuously asked us to pay in order to be reimbursed later - we did not as our safari was paid in full well in advance.
With the experience and knowledge I have today, my advice to you would be to organize your own safari. It might seem overwhelming, but you can book your flights and hotels directly, and arrange for a car with knowledgeable drivers with the hotel you are staying at. Enjoy your travels, and stay away from Steve Biko and Africa Remote Safaris.

Unforgettable safari and very professional guide
4/5

I communicated with Noah over a month before our safari and he was very responsive, professional and helpful. Denis our guide and driver was a very nice and professional guide. We had an unforgettable experience and the lodges were fantastic! Well worth the money. The car was big and could take on bad roads. Highly recommended!

Our most amazing travel experience so far
5/5

My husband our 8 year old son and I booked our trip to Tanzania a year in advance. It was my first time doing such a holiday and over that year I had many questions things like could we avoid snakes and would there be towels in the rooms I emailed tent with a view and the 2 wonderful hotels a lot and they answered every question fully never treating me like it was a silly question. Every aspect of our holiday was fantastic from being picked up at the airport to being dropped back off. The 2 hotels we stayed in where amazing (sable mountain lodge and the Zanzibari) Sable mountain was truly the most beautiful and amazing place I had ever stayed going to sleep accompanied by the animal noises is a truly awe inspiring experience.
The staff at Sable mountain where wonderful always smiling and chatty even at 5 am and Rama and Mbasha managed to show us so many animals from Zebra to Wild dogs and Elephants to worthog.
The Zanzibari is set In The most beautiful setting with quiet rooms where you can truly relax and our experience with the staff there was fantastic they couldn't do enough to help especially for Louie our 8 year old.
While we where on holiday we where lucky enough to meet Masa, David and chairperson Lili and see their passion for the work they are doing to help the local communities and the wild life. This holiday was a life changing experience for all 3 of us and I so hope to be able to travel with Tent with a view again very soon

Supper under the stars!
5/5

We spent one night at the Chogela Safari Camp on our way out of Ruaha National Park. The campsite, with room for camping vehicles and tents as well as tented rooms some now en-suite, was immaculate and we were given a large area, with a fire pit, in which to park our truck and set up camp. The nearby ablutions were more than adequate, clean as clean and the water hot. As we had run out of food when camping in the park we had booked to have dinner and on arrival asked if we could this served under the gorgeous night sky! Before we knew it tables were bought out and a fabulous buffet set up in front of us, which was soon laid with bowls of home grown rice, beef stew and fabulous spinach, all delicious. The staff simply could not have been more helpful. To make the evening complete the camp owner, Chogela, joined us for supper and we had a wonderful night hearing all about how the camp was set up and his plans for the future. After breakfast the next morning we sadly had to leave but if we were to return we would definitely stay again and would try to fit in one of the tours that Chogela runs from the camp. With thanks to everyone there.
