Not the best experience
We did 10 days safari tour in Kenya and Tanzania. The tour itself is provide by Super eagles travel and tours, but the part in Tanzania is provide by another company in our case it was 7 wonders.
The part in Kenya was good, nice guide he did his best to show us as much as he could during the safari, good accommodations, good food.
But the part in Tanzania was horrible.
- they forgot to pick us up on the first day in Tanzania, we were waiting for 3 hours at the reception, they didn’t let us know about departure day before we had to ask at the reception about departure, rest of the group had to wait for us whole day, it made them nervous and angry and because of that the atmosphere in the group wasn’t friendly everyone was complaining about something
- during safari our car broke down(what we understand, it can happen), and they were repairing the car for 3 hours, they found three different problem with the car which had to be fixed and we don’t think so all of them happened in the same moment it means there is a lack of car maintenance, instead of repairing the car for long time they should solve the situation by another vehicle and tour should continue by the schedule, due to delay our way to campsite was during the dark and we came to camp at 10pm, we didn’t eat for 9 hours,
- on every stop like entrance to the parks and so on, we waited for sooooo long everywhere compare to other cars
- our guide didn’t even have a radio to communicate with other guide in national park, due to that we didn’t see what we could
We recommend super eagles travel and tour, but just the tours provide only by them.

Not listened to, safaris cut short despite my requests.
Very disappointed with the guide David in Tanzania. Did the Manyera park safari quickly. The guide did not stop at the sight of animals and even less in time for my photographs. Transport time too long which shortens our safaris. It does not overtake heavy vehicles and maintains 40-50 km/h and necessarily reduces its speed on slopes. Parc Manyera was very quick. I had to ask him if he was in a hurry because he was driving 40km/h in the park and wouldn't stop when he saw animals. He walked back slowly to the entrance of the park to take another path. To finally turn back this way quickly and return to the entry point because he had to leave at 6 p.m. No satisfaction for this outing which was agreed in the contract with Tours Chanteclerc. A visit with the boss of Classic journey informing us of the tip to give to the guide at the amount of $20/day. In addition, no one was at the designated restaurant of the head office, I received a spaghetti with tomato sauce instead of a pizza ordered. Unnecessary meeting in my opinion. I don't need to be told how much I should pay a guide and especially when I'm dissatisfied
The guide in Kenya (Moise) was excellent in every way. Very much appreciated this guide. He also deserved an excellent tip from me.

Missed Lions & Hyenas
Was so excited to visit Nyerere NP Tanzania, but was a bit disappointed as we could not spot even a single Lion, Leopard or Hyena in 3 day safari. I was surprised to find a fresh dead deer, with no vultures in sight. Although, there were a lot of Hippos & elephants, but even Zebras & wild beast were not easily spotted, adding further to disappointment. Yes we saw a lot of Giraffe, baboons & impala. Keeping in view the history, reports & size of Nyerere NP, it was just an average visit. No lions, no tourists attraction.

Professionalism of the Tour Guide
Overall experience from the tour agency, the reply on pre-sales is in advance. They patiently designed the all needs and wants of the customers. But the experience during the safari with our tour guide+ driver, I think the professionalism will need to improve, they are always late, I can understand the traffic issue in the cities, but as a driver you will need to know the prediction and arrive earlier to keep the customer satisfy. Due to our late reservation, we did not manage to book a nearer safari hotel in masai mara, thus we not able to got the chance to go on the center of mara triangle, suggest the tour agency if so, please arrange the tour to enter to deep middle of the safari earlier, but not keep taking round at the outside area.

Disappointing Safari Experience: A Detailed Feedback
I'm glad our Safari trip has concluded, but there are a few points I want to give feedback on.
1. The contract mentioned a full-day Safari, but what Patrick provided was not a full day. Patrick took us out daily from 8 AM to 4 PM, or from 8 AM to 12 PM and then from 4 PM to 6 PM. He said this was the park's requirement. However, as far as I know, other drivers booked through your company were out from 8 AM to 6 PM, or from 7 AM to 12 PM with lunch in the park and then from 4 PM to 7 PM. This does not align with your promise of a full-day Safari.
2. Patrick drove steadily and had a good attitude, but he wasn't good at spotting animals. He always waited for others to find the animals first, and then he would follow. We didn't get to see the leopard we wanted to see.
3. On the last day, we returned to Nairobi with a flight at 6 PM. We arrived in Nairobi around noon and wanted to go to the Maasai market to buy some things. There was enough time, but he insisted on taking us to another shop we didn't want to go to. He was unhappy when we insisted on the Maasai market, saying it was unsafe and that maps were useless. In the end, we went to the market he suggested and bought some overpriced souvenirs. I don't know if there was any commission involved, but it left a very bad impression on us.
We chose your company based on your reputation in China, but I didn't expect such an experience. I wanted to give honest feedback and decide whether to caution other Chinese friends about choosing your services.

It is the budget safari you are looking for.
Communication was fluent with the operator. They write to you via WhatsApp as soon as you book and they set up the pick-ups with you.
Accommodation is what the pictures show you.
Food is their weakest point, below expectations. They can improve the food.
From the offer they have, they did not fulfil to light a fire even when we asked to.
Great, one of the staff is cool. Overall, friendly staff.
They seem to appreciate the tips a lot because they start talking about them since the very beginning.
If you book more than one tour through them. They will give you a cool discount.

Keep it up I would love to see better services..
The nature preservation all around is perfect, the tour guides friendly, knowledgable and reliable. This made the visit worthwhile.
More improvement required on catering services and utility services. Weldone to you all who made our visit quite memorable.

Review about Serengeti National Park by Joost
We stayed in Central Serengeti in June while the migration was also taking place in this area. Very impressive. We stayed there for 10 days and therefore also had days when the migration had already passed through the area. Those days it was not easy to spot the wild animals. Overall I expected to see more cheetahs, elephants and leopards. There is no shortage of lions, but here too we were always there with easily 70 other cars, all moving continuously to see the lions just a little better and tourists shouting at the animals. Not the relaxing and romantic safari that I am used to from private parks in, for example, Namibia or even the national parks in Zambia. The roads are dramatic even though you pay a large fee to enter the park and the rest camps are places where you really don't stop for fun.
I have the feeling that they can also make the roads much more 'romantic'. Sometimes you have a beautiful river, but you don't see anything because the road goes in the completely opposite direction. The Masai Mara does this much better.
Overall I also thought the guides were very poor. They pushed the animals too much and often locked them in.
Overall, I would rather spend my money on a safari in Zambia, Namibia or Kenya, for example.

Wasting time and boredom
The day before departure, I confirmed how to pick me up at the airport by email, saying that someone would be waiting outside with a sign with my name on it. But when I arrived, I didn't see the driver. I contacted the travel agency through WhatsApp before the driver was arranged to pick me up. I waited for a long time.
After coming to Kenya, all the times told by the people here will not be on time. Please be prepared to wait for 15-30 minutes each time.
Our driver Kikito was very enthusiastic on the first day, but the car broke down halfway on the first day, so it wasted a lot of time, resulting in a very short time in Masai Mara on the first day, and only saw some common animals.
The second day was the best day of the entire trip. The driver took us to find many animals and saw lions and cheetahs.
After that, the drivers of Nakuru, Naivasha Lake, and Amboseli were very perfunctory and did not look for animals seriously. Moreover, Nakuru only stayed for 2 hours, and the day's trip ended at 2 pm. It ended so early, which surprised all of us!
On the fifth day, there was suddenly a girl on the car. The driver said she was an intern from their company. But our car stopped several times for her to take pictures of animals. I felt that she was more like a guest. We arrived at Amboseli very late that day. When I got off the car, I asked the driver to turn on the lights because I wanted to get something, but the driver refused. I know that the lights can be turned on in the car because they were turned on in the past few days. I don’t know why he refused to turn them on that day. The lights were not broken. This made me very confused, and he was in a bad mood. I don’t know why he was unhappy and brought this mood into work.
On the sixth day, the driver drove very slowly and wasted time with us all day in Amboseli. The car broke down in the park, causing us to waste a lot of time waiting. We didn’t see any animals that day. They were all wildebeests, antelopes, elephants, and giraffes that we had seen before.
The last day was even more outrageous. The driver actually stopped the car and arranged for us to wait in the car while he had breakfast and coffee leisurely in the restaurant. His breakfast time can definitely be described as leisurely.
After the trip, I felt that it was a waste of time. Everything I saw could be seen in the zoo, but I spent money to come here to waste time. I didn’t receive good service either.
