Would go again tomorrow!
I booked the Bush & Buffalo six night package at Ku Sungula Safari Lodge. I was delayed in arriving in Johannesburg, but the lodge rescheduled my shuttle pick-up time to suit. The private vehicle provided a comfortable seven hour ride to the lodge in Greater Kruger National Park.
The package included accomodation, most meals, sufficient H2O, transfers, a private panoramic drive, a private one and a half day visit to Kruger National Park, a riverboat trip, and two safaris per day while at the lodge. I was super lucky to be able to see all of the Big 5 including the white lion and her white cub. The knowledgeable rangers and trackers made the experience even more memorable.

South Africa is the destination of a lifetime.
Our family of 6 including grandparents and children went on an 8 day safari in Kruger National Park with Wild Planet Safari. Words cannot describe the beauty of South Africa. The sunrise was worthy of a painting. The variety of scenery from bush land to River deltas to mountain was spectacular. Everyday we were surprised with some new experience. We saw lions and leopards hunting, herds of elephants, hippos grazing on the riverbank, beautiful birds, and every animal you expect to see in Africa. Our accommodations in the park were modest but comfortable. We also visited Johannesburg and the many interesting historical and cultural sites in an around the city. Everywhere we went, the people were gracious and helpful. At the end of our South Africa tour, we were all sad to leave.

Beautiful country! Rich in culture and history. Breathtaking wildlife, scenery and plants.
South Africa was amazing. More than I ever imagined in every way. The rich culture and history was very interesting. The people were beautiful and always very helpful. The SAN Parks are so well run and amazing to visit. Each one was different with different animals and flora, so you didn’t know what to expect which made it an even greater adventure.
Cape Town is a truly beautiful city and with Table Mountain as the backdrop, it’s like being in a movie. South Africa’s food is also delicious. We loved the curries and variety. The wineries are excellent as well. The wildlife was magnificent. I couldn’t believe we could be so close to the big Five and all the other beauties as well and the birds were amazing.
This was my first trip to South Africa, it won’t be my last. So much more to see and do.
Thank you South Africa and Wildlife Safaris.

Viva Safaris
We had the most amazing five day safari in Kruger National Park with my family that included two teenagers. We booked through Viva Safaris on our own and they picked us up in Johannesburg. We saw the big five and so much more. All of the employees were kind and wonderful. Our villa was well appointed and clean. Just loved every minute of this well organized safari and meeting people from all over the world.

Troubled paradise of mind-boggling cultural wealth
I went to Cape Town on a business trip in the middle of winter, but I tried to squeeze as much sightseeing in as possible, through organised trips I booked in advance. Yes, you can see the Big Five in a weekend trip from Cape Town! My highlights: birdwatching; hiking in the Table Mountain national park; Kirstenbosch Gardens (yes, even in the dead of winter); delicious wine; rainbows every day; Big Five mini-safari just outside Cape Town; the netball world cup; gorgeous Cape landsape; Zeitz-Mocca museum for contemporary African art (I saw the exhibition "when we see us"). I will be back!
