It was interesting
Weather was very propitious and there were no mosquitoes. The scenery was good accommodation, transport was good and we had a good and informative guide who explained the habits of the various animals we spotted . This was good.

A surreal experience
We had an overland tour booked with On the Go Tours. We added to this a couple of game drives in Zimbabwe and another in Johannesburg. In Johannesburg we went to Pilansberg on a drive booked through Mmilo Tours… it was absolutely amazing and our guide Norman was fantastic. In Zimbabwe we booked through Pure Africa for a morning game drive in the Zambezi National Park and an afternoon drive in the Stanley and Livingston Park. Both were more than expected our guides for both were superb. Our overland tour was a camping tour and it was exactly as we thought it would be and we loved every minute. We travelled from Victoria Falls to Jo'burg and it was just long enough. The experience was incredible the camp sites were spotless the food cooked by our chef Martin was delicious. The wildlife … well just as it should be.. wild and free. We spent time on the Okavango Delta too which we accessed on Mokoro which are flat canoes that are poled across the delta by a poler. Here we also spent time in an African village which was definitely a highlight. We were able to help one little girl and will be contributing to her welfare in the future.
We could not have had a more perfect experience of Africa.

A fantastic once in a lifetime experience
We planned our family vacation to South Africa a year in advance and anticipated an exciting adventure. We were not disappointed! We planned to spend a week at Kruger and a few nights in Capetown. Booked our first day trip at Kruger with a guide from Legends. Stun was outstanding. So much knowledge, so accommodating. We enjoyed the day so much we booked another day with him. Got to see all the animals including the elusive leopard and rhino. Couldn’t have asked for more.
It was awesome!
The scenery in South Africa was so beautiful and unbelievable! There were really good sightings of this peculiar bird.I really loved it.The routes were great and amazing. The weather was fine though it was a bit windy and sunny.I encountered some of the best hotels and suites in there which made me enjoy my trip to the fullest. The pay for that trip was worth it,i enjoyed it.
It was an unique experience.
I loved everything
South Africa is one of these countries that pleases everyone. The mix of nature, beaches and wild animals thought me a lot about the country.
Simply unforgettable.

The most peaceful place to visit and the fascinanting that I had been in my life
Fortunately exceeded our expectations, the wildlife is amazing, see every animal in the nature is beautiful.
The weather was good, we have sunny days and rainy as well, the recommendations about the clothing provided by the website was perfect. The food was excellent, our congratulations for the kitchen staff, we enjoyed every meal at the Safari.
Tremisana Lodge is better than the Treehouse lodge, due to the cabins are more comfortable than threehouse but anyway are fine we think the bathroom of the treehouse is an item to improve.
The transportation was good, the drivers as well. All the guides and the Staff at the logdes was excellent. Everybody was always available to help us or anybody else, we felt really good, everybody was kind to all the people at the lodges, great work from them is the best hightlight of the Safari due to they make you feel comfortable all the time, and is what makes special the place and your experience at the Safari, my congratulations to all of them, keep working in that way!

100% Amazing every day!
We spent four nights and five days in safari in South Africa and it was 100% amazing!
We chose to break it up and spend time in two different places: Timbavati at Simbavati River Lodge, and Balule at Ezulwini Billy’s Lodge. They were both fantastic and I would highly recommend each one. On our trip, we saw more animals at the first park, but that was beautifully complimented by all the things we learned about the veld (birds, trees, animals etc.) at the second park.
Each of the lodges were very comfortable and beautifully appointed, the food was delicious and abundant, and the service was outstanding!
I would highly recommend Simbavati River Lodge in the Timbavati reserve, as well as Ezulwini’s Billy’s Lodge in the Balule Reserve.
I would also recommend Tammy at Pembury Tours for her outstanding organization of our Safari!
Definitely like to do it again.
Plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Scenery was great. Weather cool in early morning and evening -great during the rest of the day.
Accommodation was spot on for authentic feel rather than luxurious.
Food was great - guide was great if a little rushed at times.
Transport was fine though a little hard on older bones, but to be expected in that environment.
The animals were the highlight for us and more than made up for any little inconveniences.

Once in a lifetime experience, highly recommended to anyone who wants to see fascinating wildlife!!!
What an amazing country. I have been to 20+ countries on four continents in the past three years alone and South Africa may be the most beautiful and friendliest. The locals are incredibly nice, the scenery is spectacular (especially in Cape Town, which is nestled between the sea and the mountains), and the food and wine is fresh, affordable, and delicious. Transportation is very simple (we used Uber almost everywhere) and the safari guides are highly knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife. And, speaking of wildlife, prepare to have your breath taken away. Never seen wildlife this impressive! A wonderful country that I cannot wait to visit again one day.
