disappointed not to see a pride of lions during one and a half days of game drives in Kruger
Five stars to Cape Town. Durban and Johannesburg are disappointing. I booked our safari on this website. It was definitely a memorable life time experience. I was surprised to see that the CEO of timeline travel came to take us from the airport being our driver guide. He came driving a Toyota Avanza which was not enough to accommodate the five of us with our five bags, car seat and a pram in addition to the driver, so we were squeezed during the five hour drive from Johannesburg Airport to Hazyview and also on the way back from Hazyview to Johannesburg airport. The accommodation was good in Kruger Park Lodge in general. The 3 bedroom chalet was very nice but had only one shower and no air conditioning in the main living room although the weather was hot. Dinner in the lodge was very good. The visit to the panorama route was really beautiful through Graskop, God's Window, Bourk's Potholes and the three rondavels (Blyde River Canyon). The lunch in the Potholes was pathetic and there definitely should be something else other than the one and only ugly busy restaurant. The one and a half days of game drives was a fantastic experience for a first timer. Yet I was disappointed not to properly see the big five. We saw enough Rhinos, Buffalo and Elephants but we only saw one Leopard hanging on a tree from a distance and only one sleeping lioness turning its back on us from a distance.

From the moment we were picked up to being dropped off was all absolutly class.
We had never been on Safari before
The service provided was excellent
We saw 4 of the big 5, as well as many other species. The ranger drivers were good fun and informative.
The Bakubung Lodge was a great location and service was very good, clean rooms and helpful staff
The weather was also good cooler in the morning and late evenings
So in summary our 1st safari made a very lasting impression on me and my wife as well as my 16 year old son and 13 year old twins who had excitement and happiness every time we went out on a drive
Life long lasting good memories for me and my family!!

Fantastic experience at Pilanesberg park sunrise safari
Afasah and I had the best sunrise safari experience at Pilanesberg Park with the experienced and knowledgeable wildlife guide Norman Lok from Mmilo Tours.
It's a private tour and we sat in a comfortable SUV, our first sighting was a jackal which was running on the road before us. Next a rare brown hyena in the bush which came so close to us giving us so many opportunities to capture its beauty!
Norman has been a wonderful guide with wealth of knowledge about wildlife, Afasah and I were enlightened by the wildlife lesson as we spotted many wonderful wildlife- giraffes, zebras, rhinoceros, hippopotamus, elephants, wildebeest, springbok, lioness, western osprey, leopard tortoise, even secretary bird (Sagittarius serpentarius) which is a rare find!
This is our first safari trip in Johannesburg and we are truly delighted to have joined the best safari tour-Mmilo Tours with excellent wildlife guide and comfortable private tour! We highly recommend Mmilo Tours, thanks to best wildlife guide Norman for a memorable safari experience in Pilanesberg!

Fantastic experience
We took a 4-day, 3-night safari through SafariWithUS. The itinerary was incredibly well-planned and thorough, and we had a phenomenal time. Over the course of our safari, we saw a variety of animals-- in addition to the elephants, zebras, giraffes and various breed of antelope that are abundant in Kruger National Park, we also saw hippos and crocodiles (from a distance), buffalo, rhinos, a couple of leopards, and even a cheetah. The only major game we didn't see were lions.
Our first day and a half were in the public portion of Kruger, and we stayed the night at the Kruger Adventure Lodge in Hazyview, which was a bit like a summer camp with hotel rooms rather than camp cabins-- very homey and nice. The next day, we were driven after our day game drive into a private game reserve adjacent to the public portion of Kruger, and stayed two nights in the beautiful Kurula lodge. Our host, Kavi, was a fantastic guide who gave us both tremendous insights into the wildlife living in the park and made every game drive a unique and wonderful experience. The staff at Kurula were incredibly kind and helpful as well. We couldn't have asked for more.
The drive back to Johannesburg went through the beautiful Blyde River Canyon, and was a great capstone to a wonderful trip. Couldn't recommend it more!

It was very good. I want to go again.
There are bugs in the room, so I want to put some pesticides.

Difficult to ask for more from an experience that provided everything.
Our experience in the Greater Kruger was amazing. Our accommodations were fantastic and the service high quality. Our guides were very knowledgeable and we felt that they went out of their way to provide an unforgettable experience. Happy with the sightings and the learning experience. We were with our kids who had a blast learning about tracking and the ecosystem.

Incredible wildlife
Outstanding! Email contact, communication and consulting services with our agent have been perfect. Travel tips and recommendations for alternatives were very helpful in our selection process. Our lodge was incredible. Thornybush has totally overexceeded our expectations. Service and friendliness of the staff was brilliant and our Safari has been made unforgettable through our guide and tracker which built a perfect co-alliance while driving in the bush. Have seen all big 5 and a bunch of other animals. Every Dollar spent worth. Would love to come back once in a while to repeat this beautiful experience. Food quality was excellent and the taste variety was overwhelming. In a nutshell: Incredible

Wildlife
My accommodation, food and transport to Ndaka at Nambiti game reserve was excellent and so was the weather and wildlife. Our game ranger and staff went the extra mile and had sighting of 4 out of Big 5
