Saw the Big Five!
Everyone at Cheetah Plains was top notch. Our guide, Myke, was very professional and interested in helping us see as much wildlife as he could. The location was ideal. During the day, we lounged by the pool and watched the hippos and elephants play in the pond. It was like a private viewing screen. Rhinos and other animals appeared out of nowhere while we were having dinner. It was absolutely amazing. We had a true wilderness experience, but did not live like we were in the wilderness. Wonderful food and accommodations.
We also visited Cape Town and many towns along the Garden Route. It was a blast. Beautiful scenery and so much to do. The food was excellent everywhere we went. Ostrich was amazing.

Experience of a Lifetime!
We were so happy with our stay at Impodimo Game Lodge. The food, accomodations and our guide were remarkable and we would totally recommend this place to friends and family! We miss our scenic views of the elephants at the watering hole from our balcony and fresh coffee :) Our guide Ruin ( I hope I spelled his name right) was a SUPERB driver and very knowledgeable about the wildlife.
A special thanks to Justin Perumal at PaperJet Bookings who recommended this place and answered all of my questions swiftly!

A incredible value for money for a once in a life-time experience.
The entire Wild Planet Safari experience was faultless! We were incredibly well looked after by the guides, who were both knowledgable, friendly and so hard working. They were happy to fit around whatever we wanted to do while still ensuring that we saw as much wild life as possible. Nothing was too much trouble! Every meal was delicious and all the campsites perfect for what we needed. After the four nights we were dropped off at the door of our next stop. We really enjoyed every minute and would definitely recommend this package to anybody looking for great value for money and a once in a life-time experience. Thank you!

Many amazing game drives
We did quite a lot of game drives, maybe too many for some, but that's why we were in Africa. We went to Kruger ( Letaba, Skukuza and Croc Bridge) and Hluhluwe as well as transit drives through that part of South Africa. We did dawn and dusk drives almost every day as well as a night drive and an armed bush walk. Wildlife highlights, African Wild dog, leopard, white rhino, cheetah, lion, jackal, elephant, hyena and almost every type of antelope. The accommodations are basic, but are clean and safe. The weather is changeable in October, but had some beautiful days. The scenery is breathtaking from the bush to the Drakensbergs. People were very nice.
Other highlights were stopping off at the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre and donating to their wildlife program and bring scool supplies for their partnered school, Stopping one night at Royal Hlane in Swaziland and hot air ballooning in the Drakensberg.
