Tanzania is beautiful; I would never book with Safarihub ever again though
My review of Tanzania is 5 stars. The country is wonderful, friendly, full of wildlife. This is the second time I've been to the various parks on the Northern Circuit. I love that they each have their own unique and stunning scenery. Serengeti, Ngorogoro Crater and Tarangire are all beautiful. Unfortunately, much of my positive view is formed by my previous experiences of the country as the recent safari I went on was an absolutely horrific experience despite the beautiful scenery. (Avoid Safarihub at all costs).
Tanzania though (aka 'friendly Kenya') is definitely worth visiting - and I'd recommend a trip to Zanzibar as well as the safari circuit if you can afford it, particularly if you're interested in snorkeling/scuba.
Superb "à la carte" trip
Hello,
I went alone to north East Tanzania in November 2017. I met a group of amazing US tourists there, I traveled with them to Tarangire national park, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.
Amazing trip, with amazing people in an amazing region. I can only recommend it, just be careful of the tips you need to give on a daily basis to locals (driver, guide, cook... around $10/person/day), which can increase your budget travel quite significantly.
Before traveling, don't hesitate to ask for some pictures to the places where you will sleep, huge differences between public camp, private camp and lodges in terms of comfort.

Hiking on Kilimanjaro
First time in Africa, and never have we felt so welcome and met so friendly people.
It was a fantastic and very interesting country, even if we didn't have too much time in Moshi, i would definitely like to come back again. either to try to climb all the way up to Kili or to try a safari.
Loved the food, it was amazing, i didnt expect it to be like this, both the lunch box we got to the day hike and the food we got at the restaurants. Really good!
The hotel we stayed at was a hotel where all the profit went to school, right be the hotel, the school was for orphans. i wish we had know this, we would have brought some school article to them etc. but compensated by buying souvenirs etc from the hotel. The name of the hotel is Stella Maris a few km outside Moshi. Again it had the most friendly staff ever.
I will definitely recommend Tanzania, an experience like to other.

It was a good time for travdlling. Grass was green and trees with leaves. All aimals had small baby
We had very good guide from WATUs safary. Accomodation and food was good. We saw all big animals and was such interesting moments and situations: lion on the tfee branch, elephants near our cottage doors. Transport could be better in safari, but transportation from airport and return from safari was safety but long 6-7 hours.
Spectacular
Serrengeti, Ngorongoro, Kilimanjaro, Selous and Zanzibar are amazing places, they are wonders of the world that without doubt people should visit.

Great choice for a first-time trip to Africa
Great choice for a first-time trip to Africa, with Zanzibar sandy beaches being the perfect complement for a few days of Safari. Not too many tourists, although still a bit crowded.
The Ngorongoro Crater is something you must see at least once in your lifetime.

Fabulous and wild country with a smiling and pleasant population.
The landscapes were more beautiful than anything I could imagine. The food is excellent and plentiful. The population is very friendly.
I will never forget this country !!!

Tanzania is far more diverse than I expected. Wonderful people and a multitude of things to do
What a gorgeous country and people. We had a spectacular and diverse trip which we enjoyed immeasurably. 3 girls travelled most of the country and had no issues, met amazing people and had spectacular encounters. Don't moss this country and definitely don't pass up on the Serengeti balloon ride!
Amazing experience
Our experience during the safari in Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngoro Ngoro was absolutely amazing. We have been really impressed not only by the wildlife but also by the landscape and the experience with the people.
Our guide has been really professional and friendly, we sincerely hope he gets the right salary for the hard work he does: driving for ours, making sure we enjoy the safari and see all the animals, taking care about our accommodation and carrying all the necessary stuff.
Only negative side were the toilets at the camping site in Serengeti, they for sure require more care and cleaning, also considering the cost of the safari, they should be improved.
