A very Friendly Nation
Actually the Tour was superb but it wouldn’t have been possible if not for the Tour Operator “Meru Slopes Tours” so friendly and helping. Whatever we wanted to do they tried to accommodate it’s like if we were happy they were happy too.
Regarding the places we went simply fantastic -Tanzania so green so diverse in Flora & Fauna as well as the populace. Would love to go again.

Do not hesitate to visit during the offseason. 7 days the first week of march. It rained once for about an hour.

Best safari in the world!
We chose Tanzania as our honeymoon destination. The trip was a dream come true! Mama Savana (our tour operator) was perfect and we were able to see the most amazing animals and we had the most amazing experiences in the safari at the National Parks. We did Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. I cannot put in words how the trip was fantastic!

Maz & Gaby in Paradise
We had a trip of a lifetime combining beach and safari adventures. It’s a very relaxed environment that makes you forget all your worries. People were so kind and hospitable. The country is gifted with beautiful beaches, mountains, safari parks and delicious food products. The ngorongoro crater is truly one of the greatest wonders of the world. Our tour operator was Serengeti Wakanda. I would book with them again next time. They made our adventure memorable and we’re grateful to them.

The wildlife is amazing and the people are friendly
Our tour was made with Soul of Tanzania, which fits perfectly. Our guide asked me what was important for our trip and then made sure that we checked off everything on the list. Wildebeest/Zebra migration is inspiring, the hippopotamuses are ugly but amazing, the giraffes are regal, the elephants are awe inspiring, the lions and their cubs up close and personal was totally unexpected, the leopards and cheetahs were beautiful, the hyenas are interesting and the flamingos in Ngorogoro crater can be seen for miles there are so many. We finished our tour with a good sighting of a black rhino standing in a field.
Our first night at Lake Manyara, my wife woke up in the morning and Zebras were standing right outside our window and she was thrilled.

Dream African experience
My wife and I had an excellent experience once again. It was our third visit to Tanzania. Although it was not the best time of year for game viewing, it was a great time to experience the Rufiji river in all its greatness. The bush was lush and green and beautiful to see.
What a great experience.

Wonderful, very scenic, diversified = tropical forest, savannah + beautiful beaches. People friendly
See above written. As a sole female traveler, no problem. I strongly suggest that one interact with the people; enjoy authentic interactions by taking a ride on the back of a motorbike on a beach or village road, go fishing with a local fisherman, interact with Masai outside of organized tourist events, go eat at local restaurants. And take a 6-day, 5-night group/shared safari , especially of Serengeti and see the “big five” and make new friends, including camping and hear a lion every now and again at night grunting. Truly a lifetime experience.
