The wildlife is amazing and the people are friendly
Our tour was made with Soul of Tanzania, which fits perfectly. Our guide asked me what was important for our trip and then made sure that we checked off everything on the list. Wildebeest/Zebra migration is inspiring, the hippopotamuses are ugly but amazing, the giraffes are regal, the elephants are awe inspiring, the lions and their cubs up close and personal was totally unexpected, the leopards and cheetahs were beautiful, the hyenas are interesting and the flamingos in Ngorogoro crater can be seen for miles there are so many. We finished our tour with a good sighting of a black rhino standing in a field.
Our first night at Lake Manyara, my wife woke up in the morning and Zebras were standing right outside our window and she was thrilled.

Dream African experience
My wife and I had an excellent experience once again. It was our third visit to Tanzania. Although it was not the best time of year for game viewing, it was a great time to experience the Rufiji river in all its greatness. The bush was lush and green and beautiful to see.
What a great experience.

Very special and impressive
We did a 4-day tour, visited Tanrangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater, which was really great. We went with 2 children aged 16 and 20, who also enjoyed it. Even though there was a rainy season, we saw and did a lot. Many thanks go to the staff of Serengeti Africans Tours. Very nice and helpful. Made an unforgettable trip.

Spectacular
The roads are disgusting. I feel sorry for the vehicle and driver
The roads department should get there together and do something about it

A once in a lifetime experience
We had booked the safari trip as our son was going to be in Uganda first work.
First time my husband returned saying this trip was the best holiday.
Seeing so many animals in their natural surroundings was worth it.
However it was very disappointing not to see wildebeest crossing the mara River.
Wish we were advised to spend extra night in same place to be able to see animals fresh in the morning rather than later in afternoon when they were just sleeping under trees.
Accom in most places were good. Except for hhando lodge, where we found the helpers keen on getting tips fighting over each other to carry bags.
Gives a very uncomfortable awkwardness. Most places had tip boxes so it was easier to deal with them.
Lunch packs need some improvements esp for vegetarians. Having plain rice is not palatable meal. Needs to be either paired with some vegetables or fried vegetables rice.
Nyoto had excellent lunch packages with nuts and fruit etc.when requested it worked out OK. Best to let guests decide what they prefer.
Overall great experience with Zach. He is knowledgeable on birds and animals. Would have loved to hear more about animals and their habitats, as well as more on the changing landscapes in central serengeti.

Great experience!
The Serengeti and Ngorogoro are just two incredible places to see. This trip was definitely an experience to remember. We unfortunately did not see the Wildebeest Migration as we hoped but The Serengeti did not disappoint. The weather was good, warm and dry but can get chilly in the evenings or early mornings so a jumper or windbreaker is recommended. You are in the jeep for most of the day but you still get to experience the parks. We drove through villages and towns so also got to see parts of Tanzania (outside of the national parks). We visited Massai Village, I’m glad I did it but would not necessarily recommend. It felt too forced and they tried to charge us around $150 USD for a handmade bowl and handcraft mask which seemed crazy. Other than that, Tanzania seemed safe overall, people are constantly offering taxis and tours when walking around but nothing violent or unsafe. My favourite part was just being out in nature in the parks.

Serengeti experience
We went in the dry season and roads were very dusty and rough. Our guide, Gamma, went over the top for us and we saw all the animals we had on our must see list. Accommodations were a little rustic compared to our experience in South Africa but very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
