Amazing wild life and nice people
This is my second time in Tanzania, arrived to Dar es Salaam. I stayed outside city centre for 1 night, Blackwood hotel is quaint little 5 star hotel which was comfortable after a long flight! My experience was positive from landing, took an airport taxi and he was our go to driver through our whole stay. Very nice, efficient and standard pricing that was agreed. Flew to Kilimanjaro to do the safari. Serengeti, Tarangire, lake Manyara and ngorongoro. The wildlife is amazing, we saw all the animals we wanted to see, Zebras, Antelopes, Lions, cheetah, giraffes, hippos, rhino, wildebeest, monkeys and elephants. Staying on campsite overnight was definitely an experience. The weather in December is hot and cool at night. Would also say Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari club Did an amazing job. There was a lot of travel between national parks but generally the roads were smooth only within the game parks which is expected. We stayed at a few lodges, all outstanding and a couple of hotels in Dar es Salaam which we’re comfortable. Most importantly, people were very polite and helpful which made Tanzania much more enjoyable.

Unforgettable experience!
We spent 4 nights in Tanzania and 4 nights in Zanzibar, and it’s not an exaggeration to say that it was the best trip of our lives. We got to experience the animals in the Serengeti in their natural habitat up close, sit on the blissful beaches of Zanzibar and feel so welcomed by the hospitable people and did not have to worry about a thing. We would definitely recommend Tanzania as a place everyone should go to at least once in their lifetime

Glorious
Tanzania was an amazing experience. We were in Dar, Arusha, and Stone town with a safari to the Serengeti and it was simply incredible!
I would advise researching your safari quite a bit - we opted for Soul of Tanzania and it was not our favorite.

Incredible place, I would love to go back to Serengeti and visit also other national parks
I really enjoyed my trip to Tanzania especially to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Zanzibar was also nice but I loved the mainland. It is a very special experience, I recommend it to everyone.

Amazing nature
Tanzania is beautiful country with amazing nature. I had big luck, that I see almost all animals what I would like to see already on first day in Tarangire national park. Big thank you to Shiri Adventures for organizing my safari trip and especially to Ibra. His professionality, knowledge and perfect sight made my experience of Safari awesome.
In case you would attend several parks like me, let Serengeti as the last one. Any of other parks cannot bit comparable with Serengeti.
After Safari I went to Zanzibar to relax. Nungwi and Kendra beaches are most beautiful with incredible blue water.
Generally Tanzania is amazing, with tasty food and nice people, when you accepted fact that on most tourist places you will be chased to buy everything :)

First Safari and we couldn't be happier
We had no idea what to expect because it was our first time, but it turned out fantastic! We chose Nyerere National Park because it was close to Dar Es Salaam and we didn't want to fly to Arusha or elsewhere, though the road took longer than expected because on the way there, a Prime Minister stopped to inspect something, causing the entire road to be closed, and on the way back, passing the airport, it was time for a President to arrive. So it appears that we did not only see wild animals! But, speaking of Nyerere, we liked how big it is, we only encountered other people a couple of times. Its landscape is very diverse, with bush, savannah, and rivers interspersed. We saw elephants, giraffes, hippos, crocs, impalas, numerous birds, and two lions. We only saw zebras once and from a great distance. Overall, we couldn't be happier. The organization and accommodations is decent and the food was delicious. We appreciated our driver's daring in finding and spotting the animals. It was a real game!

Worth your time and effort
We were a family of three, staying at Selous Ngawala camp, and had a very pleasant experience. Well, the pool was not in use and beer was not always super cold, but anyway what can you expect - you are not in 5 star establishment but a million stars - just check out the sky in the darkness of African countryside. Thanks for the camp staff for their good and friendly service!
What was especially fun was that the two-night safari allowed us to have the board ride on the first evening (my wife's absolute favourite was the weaving bird nests!), then full day of driving inside the park (supported by the packed lunch) and walk with Didi on the departure morning. Pretty good and diverse so I do recommend you to take some time instead of rushing in and out.
Accommodation was exactly what we expected - good quality bungalow which made us fell like we indeed are on safari and not on a beach or city. The driver who "hosted" us for these three days was super friendly with patience of an elephant - which we saw eleven of on the other side of the Rufiji river just before reaching the gate when returning, and then 1+3 from the camp in the evening while dining. Quite exquisite I must say.
