A beautiful country with stunning landscapes, incredible wildlife, and welcoming people.
What a wonderful experience! We spent 7 days in the bush and 5 on Zanzibar island. The national parks in Tanzania were amazing and each brought a special aspect to our overall safari experience. We went to Tarangire, the Serengeti & Ikona Wildlife area, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara with a professional driver/guide. We were fortunate to see so many animals (Big 5) in their natural habitat. The camps were comfortable and took "glamping" to the next level! The hospitality was evident throughout and safety was always strictly adhered to.
Travel within country was easy but their systems are still a bit behind as everyone on our flight experienced delayed luggage upon arrival to Zanzibar.
The beach resort allowed use to recoup after the safari and provided a relaxed setting. Recommend you take small us dollars for tips, mosquito repellent (40%deet), and sunscreen.

Awesome low budget in the middl of nature with a huge amount of animals
Tanzania Luxury Safari with the Operator Noel and our guide Fredie was amazing. We saw 6 of 6 rhinos living in the Ngorongoro crater what was so stunning. Our tour was characterized by many species near to our vehicle. Sleeped near to buffalos and enjoined the awesome fresh food from the cook

Totally worth the visit
We were in Tanzania for one week which included a 5 day safari with Safari Soles. It turned out to be a trip of a lifetime. Our tour guide, Simon, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We saw a huge range of wildlife up close, inclusive of exotic birds. We also visited other attractions including a coffee farm at the foot of Kilimanjaro.
The facilities and food were great across the trip.

Incredible
I did a 4day Safari plus Zanzibar tour with Colours of Africa. My experience with them was awesome. I did a budget safari so we stayed on campsites for a few days. Everything was provided and our safari guide Hassan was very accommodating and informative. A highlight as well was the cook who accompanied us and provided 3 meals a day . We got to see The Big 5 and so much more. We where able to get up close with much of the wildlife. I traveled solo , so the Budget Safari was a great option and it was nice to meet up with other travelers on the tour as opposed to a private one. Be warned though this is not Glamping and Tanzania is still a developing nation so do some research and come prepared.

The most amazing trip I've ever taken!
I put together an 8 day safari trip in Tanzania with African Scenic Safaris for a group of 20 immediate family and close friends. Our ages ranged from 15 to 77 and everyone had a terrific time. We stayed in a fancy lodge and many safari camps in tents. All accommodations were comfortable and enjoyable. We were astonished at how many animals we saw in a day - and how many totally ignored our vans. They are so used to tourists coming through, they just go about their business. We had lions take a nap in the shade of our vehicles. Herds of hundreds of zebra, thousands of wildebeasts who had to get out of our way as we passed through. Elephant moms with tiny babies taking a bath in the river near the road. Hyenas in a mud puddle in the road cooling off who reluctantly got up as we came through. Cheetahs scanning for game a few yards from the road. A giraffe who stood in the center of the road staring us down for over 10 minutes. The whole trip was comparable in cost to a European river trip. Camps were well sprayed, so we didn't have any problem with mosquitoes or flies. You can't walk around on your own, so very little exercise. The roads through the parks are unpaved and quite rough, so you have to be able to bounce around quite a bit all day every day. We especially enjoyed a visit to a tribal Masaai village and an opportunity to meet the people there and go in their homes. All guides/drivers in Tanzania are required to attend 3 years of college to get a degree in wildlife and be certified by the government. So you are guaranteed you will have knowledgeable guides from any company. Take your children - your grandchildren for al trip of a lifetime!

The Serengeti is stunning, do not miss.
I did a 4 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater national parks. Each were great. They complimented each other with their variety of plants, animals and terrain.

What a beautiful country!
We saw a lot of different landscapes an cultures. When you arrive inArusha you find a town with a lot of modern elements. Few minutes later you see Maassai with their cows and goats nearby the road.and some time after this you see giraffes and antilopes and all the animals that you never think to see…
Our next station Zanzibar offers muslimic cultur and such a lot of wonderful experiences…
So we can say Tanzania is a country with a lot of different adventures and expiriences and so many very friendly people. We feeled save every time and find many new friends at this there.
