Between the foot hills of the Aberdares and the snow-capped Mount Kenya, lies the Ol Pejeta ("Sweetwaters") Conservancy, a top-notch safari destination off the beaten track, boasting Kenya's highest game-to-area ratio. Our journey takes us on to Lake Nakuru, sometimes referred to as "lake in pink" because of its huge Flamingo population. The name 'Maasai Mara' is a synonym for Africa's BIG FIVE. Soft grasslands dotted with acacia trees and endless plains teeming with wildlife lie ahead of us.
