Mount Meru provides an extraordinary trekking adventure. This mountain serves as excellent location for performing warm-up exercises prior to embarking on the Kilimanjaro hike. Mount Meru ascent traverses various vegetation zones. The lower region's dry forest transitions into a lush mountain rainforest, which subsequently evolves into scrubland. As one approaches the summit, the vegetation diminishes, yielding to alpine terrain. The surrounding volcano and wildlife present captivating vistas.
