Most of the animals can be seen at all seasons, drive from Dar es salaam to Mikumi national park is about 6 hours driving, this will be lodge safaris, during the night you will hear lots of animals, including hyena, sometimes even a lion, also itinerary can be customized depending on your needs and budget.
