This is a 5-day safari from Nairobi to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru, famed for the flamingos that flock to its shores and 450 other species of birds. Lake Nakuru National Park is a sanctuary for the rhinos (both black and white) and the Rothschild giraffe. You will also spend one day in Amboseli National Park—one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close against the background of Mount Kilimanjaro—Africa's highest mountain.
