Hwange National Park is the largest game reserve in Zimbabwe, measuring roughly the size of Belgium. The reserve's size makes it difficult when you explore it on your own. However, when you join a guided tour that takes you through the highlights of a series of wildlife safaris, you will have plenty of opportunities to view animals like lions and elephant herds in their natural habitat (a time to get up close to native wildlife). This tour is family-friendly, with hotel pickup and drop-offs.
