2 travelers on Start dateBy the end of April, the wildebeest migration starts to spread west across the plains toward the Seronera area and the Western corridor. The majority of the migration can normally be seen in Seronera from April to May. In June, the bulk of the migration can be found in the Western corridor. This is one of the areas where migrating animals are forced to cross the Grumeti River. Animals leave the southern plains and begin heading north. Please note that witnessing a crossing is a matter of luck.
