As a game corridor, Taita Wildlife Conservancy hosts a vast array of animals and plants. According to a 2008 census, the area boasts over 50 species of large mammals and more than 300 bird species. The conservancy is home to endangered Grevy's zebras and African sandalwood. You will spend an overnight stay at Salt Lick Safari Lodge. The lodge also has an underground tunnel and bunker with ground-level windows that offer close access to various animals as they drink water.
