Thousands of ungulates including wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and antelopes can be seen on the Serengeti Southern Plains. If you want to go on a once-in-a-lifetime safari, the Ndutu area is the greatest spot to go from mid-December to March. Big game from the predators is excellent, and you will have a great time on a game drive. Staying in Ndutu in February is mostly rewarding if you are lucky as you may see a number of calves born on the Serengeti's southern plains.
