Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. It’s also home to three rare species of animals—the greater kudu, the fringed-eared oryx, as well as a few ashy starlings. You will have time in the largest intact crater and one of the largest extinct craters in the world has a spectacular concentration of wildlife. The Big Five can also be seen during a safari around the crater; lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos.
