1. Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due either before your tour starts or on the day of the tour upon arrival, whichever is more convenient for you.
You can make payments via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our team:
If you cancel at least 7 days before the tour date, we will offer a full refund of any payments made (including your deposit).
If you cancel 3 to 6 days before the tour, we will refund 50% of your total tour price.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
We encourage you to notify us as early as possible if your plans change so we can assist you in the best way.
3. Changes to Your Booking
We understand that plans may evolve! If you need to change your booking, we will do our best to accommodate the new date or adjust your tour itinerary where possible.
We encourage you to let us know about any changes at least 48 hours before your tour starts.
4. Cancellation or Changes by Us
While we do everything possible to run tours as scheduled, we may occasionally need to cancel or adjust a tour for reasons like weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens:
You will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, we will offer an alternative tour date or itinerary.
We will notify you as early as possible about any changes, and we’ll work with you to make the experience as smooth as possible.
5. Health and Safety
Your safety and well-being are our top priority. Please let us know if you have any specific health concerns, medical conditions, or special requirements.
This allows us to prepare accordingly and make sure you have the best experience.
Customers are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions from our tour guides throughout the experience.
6. Customer Conduct
We want everyone to have a fantastic time on our tours! We ask that all participants respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
If any participant’s behavior disrupts the experience, we may ask them to leave the tour for the safety and enjoyment of others, but this will be a rare occurrence.
7. Liability
While we do everything possible to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Nature quest safaris is not liable for any
Personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the tour. We recommend you have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to complete your booking and provide excellent service.
We will never share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
9. Force Majeure
In the rare event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control, we may need to cancel or reschedule your tour.
If this happens, we will offer you a full refund or the option to choose an alternative date.
10. Dispute Resolution
If there are any concerns or issues during your tour, please let us know right away, and we will do our best to resolve them.
We value your feedback and want to make every experience the best it can be. If necessary, any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Tanzania.
