This is a hiking and safari tour with a more scenic and dry side of the mountain which offers some of the finest walking. Climb up through the forest into a wide ridge approach to the summit area. The route starts on the northwest side of the mountain. Access is adequate and the bunk house facilities are the best on this side of the mountain. The tour also hosts a safari to Samburu home to the special five animals and Ol Pejeta conservancy home to the chimpanzee's and largest Black Rhinos.
