Its distinctive red-dust soil attracts lively herds of elephants who enjoy rolling around in the rosy-coloured earth. Tsavo West National Park contrasts with its green hills and springs filled with hippos and crocodiles. All the big game is here but you’ll also find baboons, monkeys, and the smaller bush babies and dik-diks.
