GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
• Bookings will only be confirmed upon receiving at least a 40% deposit.
•We are a cashless environment- please use our secure and convenient online payments platform to purchase their preferred packages
• Full balance of payment is required 14 days before clients’ arrival.
• A confirmation voucher will be issued only on receipt of 100% payment of the booking.
• Splendid Vacations cannot guarantee a booking reservation will be available if payment has not been received 14 days before the arrival date.
• In the event of an increase in taxes, levies, statutory charges, or any other input costs, we reserve the right to adjust the rates accordingly.
• Conservancy and Park entry fees are correct at the time of print and may change without prior notice.
Travel Insurance:
Guests are advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance cover when traveling to cover them for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation back home, and money.
Child Policy:
Ages 00 - 11 years old is a child. Twelve (12) years and above are considered and charged as an adults in hotels. The child policy in the respective hotels will apply during discounted pricing for children under 16 years.
Park entry- Children below 18 years old will enjoy child rates
An adult must accompany all children going on safari.
Cancellation and Reduction in Number Policy:
• 20% Deposit is non-refundable
• Between 60 and 35 days before the date of stay, 30% of the total cost will be charged.
• Between 34 and 22 days before the date of stay, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• Between 21 days and a no-show, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
