Guests are picked up from their hotel, and can choose from three different areas in the Gauteng Province to go birding, north, the Reef, and south. This tour takes in the Rietfontein Nature Reserve, the Pretoria surrounds (bushveld, and highveld grasslands, water birds and garden birds). David is an enthusiastic birder, not an ornithologist, so have reasonable expectations! A packed lunch will be provided. After the tour, guests are returned to their hotel.
