Cancellation Policy & Release periods.
If a confirmed Booking is amended or canceled for any reason the deposit will be forfeited
and further penalties are payable by the following schedule;
60-30 Days Before the scheduled date of arrival; 50% cancellation fee of the person rate
29-15 Days Before the scheduled date of arrival; 75% cancellation of the person rate
15 days of arrival; 100% Cancellation fee of the person rate
Also if you do amend, the price may go up according to the season and hotel rate changes.
If cancellation happens and it has strong reasons and evidence we can retain the money but a lot of the hotels that were already booked and confirmed don’t retain the money, but will give us a credit note to use for any future booking. We remain at your disposal for any further clarification you may need .
