The trek starts at the Trek Rwenzori Tours office where you meet your guides, porters and cook. The hike begins through villages and fields, then climbs into tall grasses and dense forests. Along the way you might see monkeys, chameleons and colorful birds. After a challenging climb with some river crossings, you reach Nyabitaba Camp for your overnight stay.
