2 travelers on Start dateWe arrange short trekking for those that want to get a taste of Kilimanjaro and actually get on the mountain, but don’t have the time to attempt the summit, we offer a day trip to Mandara Hut, which is the first camp on Marangu Route. This is a beautiful trek through lush jungle. The trek to the hut takes 3 to 4 hours and covers 8 km with an 800m elevation. Have lunch at the hut and enjoy the beautiful scenery before heading back down to the gate and then drive back to Moshi or Arusha.
