Amboseli National Park is located in Loitoktok District, Rift Valley. The ecosystem mainly is savannah grassland spread across the Kenya and Tanzania border. The Amboseli National Park is also known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro with a variety of wildlife such as Masai giraffes, lions, and cheetahs. It also comprises different habitats ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, and woodlands.
