CONDITIONS OF PAYMENTS
By international bank transfer to our bank (details below on the last page of the document) 40% on reservation, which must reach us 30 days at the latest after the official reservation. The balance must be received 45 days before the effective date of departure without reminder from us. We reserve the right to cancel your participation in this safari without notice if the payment conditions stipulated here are not respected.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
• The date of receipt of the email informing us is authentic.
• Cancellation more than 90 days before departure: withholding of 30% of the price of the safari
• Cancellation received between the 90th and 31st day: withholding of 40% of the price of the safari
• Cancellation between the 30th and the 21st day: withholding of 50% of the price of the safari
• Cancellation less than 20 days before departure: withholding of 70% of the price of the safari
