It also comprises of different habitats ranging from the dried up bed of lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savanna and woodlands. Amboseli is also a home for the masai people. It is also known for diverse wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes and numerous birds species.
