This sanctuary offers an extraordinary opportunity to witness Ethiopia's majestic Lodinta Africana Oreleansi elephant sub-species in their natural habitat. The sanctuary is Situated just 35 kilometers southeast of Harar, adjacent to Babile town and provides an immersive experience in the wild. Visitors can also have the opportunity to visit the Dakata rock valley and the historic Awsharif Mosque in the area.
