Mikumi National Park is Tanzania's fourth-largest national park and is accessible from Zanzibar. It covers 3,230km² (1,247mi²) and is set between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the southeast. Mikumi hosts buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, lions, pythons, leopards, crocodiles, and others.
