Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
1.2 Final Payment: The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to the departure date. If the booking is made within 45 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.3 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
1.4 Late Payments: Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full by the due date. No refunds will be provided for any payments made.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellations by the Client:
More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
45 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellations by Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited: In the unlikely event that the company has to cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided, except in cases where cancellations are due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
2.3 Refunds: No refunds will be made for any services not utilized by the client.
3. Amendments
3.1 Client Amendments: Any amendments requested by the client after confirmation may incur additional charges. Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited will do its best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
3.2 Company Amendments: Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, and transportation as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1 Mandatory Insurance: All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, death, loss of personal belongings, and all other risks that may arise from the tour.
4.2 Proof of Insurance: Clients must provide proof of travel insurance prior to departure. Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited reserves the right to deny participation to clients without adequate insurance.
5. Liability
5.1 Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited Liability: The company acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport operators) and is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these providers.
5.2 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal safety and belongings throughout the tour. Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage.
5.3 Force Majeure: Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Medical Conditions: Clients must inform Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
6.2 Vaccinations: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary vaccinations and medications required for travel.
6.3 Fitness to Travel: Clients must be in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour.
7. Visas and Documentation
7.1 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and travel documents for the destinations included in the tour.
7.2 Passport Validity: Clients must ensure their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the return date of the tour.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1 Complaints: Any complaints should be reported to Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited as soon as possible during the tour. The company will do its best to resolve any issues.
8.2 Disputes: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the country where Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited is registered.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Data Collection: Afrisun Tours and Travel Limited collects personal information to process bookings and provide services.
