You will travel to Ngorongoro Crater, home to nearly every species of wildlife native to East Africa, including the rare black rhino. The crater features a river, several swamps, and a soda lake that, viewed from above, resembles steam and is populated by flamingos. Additionally, there are forests and open plains. The large bull elephants that inhabit this area have exceptionally large tusks, which can be attributed to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and grasses.
