This program is designed to highlight the great migration 'calving season'. Calving season is the second most popular time of year to visit the Serengeti and the migrating herds. Starting in December the herds gather on the plains of the Southern Serengeti in just a few weeks more than 500,000 babies are on the ground. The accommodations are hand selected for their quality, comfort and service, with ample time spent in each location to allow for prime wildlife viewing and enjoyment.
