Welcome to Chemli Expeditions! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
1.3 Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
2.2 Cancellation fees:
60+ days before departure: 10% of the tour cost.
30–59 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost.
2.3 Refunds for services not used during the tour are not provided.
3. Tour Modifications
3.1 Chemli Expeditions reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, park closures, or safety concerns.
3.2 Any additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the client.
4. Liability
4.1 Chemli Expeditions is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or death occurring during the tour. Travelers are advised to secure personal travel insurance.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by third parties such as airlines or accommodation providers.
5. Travel Documents
5.1 All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
5.2 Chemli Expeditions is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect travel documents.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Clients must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before the tour.
6.2 Chemli Expeditions reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose health or behavior may endanger the group or staff.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Clients must respect local laws, customs, and the environment during the tour.
7.2 Any misconduct or failure to comply may result in termination of the tour without refund.
8. Complaints
8.1 Any complaints must be raised immediately with the guide or staff during the tour to allow resolution.
8.2 Complaints made after the tour will be reviewed but may be harder to resolve.
9. Force Majeure
Chemli Expeditions is not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
