The Marangu Route, known as the "Coca-Cola route," is the oldest and one of the most popular ways to summit Mount Kilimanjaro. This historic path retraces the 1889 summit by Hans Meyer. It passes through all the mountain's climate zones, from tropical forests to alpine deserts. The route is unique for its dormitory-style huts, offering shelter during rainy seasons. Available in 5- and 6-day variations, the latter is less challenging. It's ideal for comfort and protection against weather.
